US Sales Manager & Eastern Operations is a liar, he says that orders placed on his website do not leave his store, which is false since the shipping label is from this address and just like returns are returned here, not as Luis Correa says, that returns go to China. They directly offer you free shipping and then they want to charge you if you make a return and they also charge you 20%, which is what their website says. There is no charge for any return. If you want more transparency, it is your purchase, do not place your order here.

BETTER HOPE THEY GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! Ordered a set of tires and only three were delivered. Four days later and the last tire just shipped. No sense of urgency to satisfy their customers. Don't bother calling, they don't answer the phone or return calls if you leave a voicemail. Only way to get a hold of someone is email. Horrible customer service and definitely not worth the hassle or headache. Save yourself the time and order from a different company. I gave an extra star because the tires that I do have look good.

Thank goodness for the staff at SunF!
We were in a bind to get tires for our off road vehicle for a group ride and they came through!
Got our order ready really fast and ready to go. When we arrived, we just loaded up and went.
Very clean and organized warehouse, wish I had more time there!

Ordered SunF ATV tires27x9-14 and 27x11x14. Received Bear Claw EXAT 22x11x10 and 22x7x10. To return I need to pay 20% restocking fee and shipping costs. It was their mistake. No one answers their phone. Left message, no one calls back. Horrible company.

Ordered tires off Amazon do to being like $6-8 cheaper then picking them up from their location in Chino, not sure why, just had to wait few days longer, no biggie. Took tires to tire shop in Norco to fit on rim.. smooth tread, compared to my previous all terrain tire.

You better hope they send you the right stuff. If they don't its impossible to reach them. All of the numbers just ring and ring and they don't reply back to email.
