We went late. And the sales person did not rush us. He explained everything and showed me exactly what I wanted. Showed us how to save money also. I would go there for my phone necessities. Very polite people.

This "TEAM" is so unprofessional and there's a lot of miscommunication when it comes down to buying from here I've been coming here for 5 years and this is the last time I come here since these people don't have any knowledge how the manager says they do. No wonder they have bad reviews because of the shady people they are.

I love this location however never go to Lorie She will lie to you and will not be honest about any thing!! Always go to Jose he handled everything very professionally and made sure our needs were met. Lorie is not professional and not a good person to work with. Jose helped us and finished our transition in only 8 minutes. Ricky is a good store manager and hear me out and I was able to get my point across to him. I strongly suggest this location and not Lorie

Been coming here since 2009. Seems I always have some kind of issue everytime I walk in here. Walked in the other day and heard loud Mexican music. I turned around and walked right out.

I have been a t-mobile customer since they took over Sprint and none of my info has changed. They took a copy of my "ID front & back" to verify my account information" when it came time to pay they needed it again; per the sales person it got lost in the "system". When I was ready to pay they also forgot to ring up the charger I wanted, nor did they set up my phone completely. I've never had this happen before. I've always walked out of the store with my phone working EXACTLY like it did when I came it. On top of this, when I got home, the screen would not work, it stayed BLACK. I called Apple Support & after 30 minutes on the phone with Apple Support they told me it was a DEFECTIVE phone & I would need to go back to the store and have it exchanged. They would make an appointment for me. The last time I purchased a phone the salespeople tested it to make sure it was working. I don't know about everyone else, but I don't like wasting gas for unnecessary trips like this.

Jose was incredible. Home boy needs raise, dude was helping 3 customers at once and not one of us felt neglected. Really helpful and not a pushy salesman. Love to see it
