Whatever you do, dont buy and have delivered. 12 1/2 hour windows to deliver which is ridiculous. No options to get shorter window periods I will definitely never order anything again for delivery!!! But I will shop there if it's in the store.

After Thanksgiving we ran into a plumbing problem. So glad to know that Home Depot allows you to save $$ and rent equipment! ALAN was the gentleman who helped us. He not only made the experience easy , but surprisingly enjoyable. He had amazing customer service an a kind attitude. That's hard to come by now a days!

First time in this store to remodel entire bathroom for slab leak. Pierre, the sales person, was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Took the time to help choose the vanity and sink online when products were not available in store. Ended up ordering tiles for floor and shower too which was a long process but Pierre was very patient. We returned to this store to order a walk-in shower but was told to come back the following night when Pierre was on staff. I don't know how the store sells products without Pierre there to manage. So I came back and he gladly helped me again. Overall, highly recommend this store. Have been to other Home Depot's and Lowe's but never had such a positive experience (likely because Pierre was there on staff )

Excellence in customer service from Lisa in the nursery. I called to find out if they had any grape plants for my daughter and Lisa checked the plants for me and even called me back to make sure that I was informed of their entire current grape plant inventory. Thank you, Lisa!

I am so disappointed in my experience at this South Chino location of Home Depot. They totally ruined Father's Day. I really wanted to surprise my dad on Father's Day with the best gift ever by getting him the stainless steel propane gas burner grill by NexGrill. Because the measurements of the grill showed it would not fit in my car, I Ordered NOT ASSEMBLED on June 14 with curbside pick up so the employees could place it in my car since I was alone. I Got there at 9:30am on Father's Day (June 19). I was so excited to give the grill to my dad at our Father's Day celebration later that day and checked in on the mobile app. A Car pulled in front of me and received his order in about 5 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting, I rolled down my window and told the employee I had been waiting forever to receive my item. He asked if I was there for the grill. I said yes. He said, "oh one of the ladies said it was already brought out. I'll go get it for you." He and another worker came to the car with an assembled grill. As I stated when I purchased the grill, this is not what I asked for because it was assembled. I told them this and they said this was the last grill in the store smh. To make matters worse, It looked like the floor model. It Was dirty, dusty, had the advertising price tag flyer on it and everything. So the employees realized the grill was too big for my car as I already knew it would be. I had to remove my 2 car seats and strategically place them in the front seat while the employees had to try and take parts off of the grill to make it fit. This was a whole mess because now I had to leave and pick up my sister's kids which caused me to be late and I had to reinstall the car seats. Home Depot I don't understand why you couldn't have found me a brand new grill in the time ordered til' when I picked up because you had 4 days. There's a lack of communication with your team which had me waiting for 30 minutes only to bring me a used grill which I paid full price for. How does that make sense. I highly suggest no one go to this Home Depot especially if you're trying to get an important present for your loved ones.

This particular Home Depot location is definitely my favorite. The customer service I've received here has always been great. Today was a great case in point: I was looking for some of the deals in seasonal, so I went to the gardening department. There I met Dina. She has such a pleasant and welcoming demeanor. I told her what I was looking for, so she walked me to the seasonal area, and called the manager of the department, who is familiar with the deals and discounts. She stayed with me till I was able to get the product I wanted. Outstanding customer service. In general, the customer service experiences at this location are great. This time it was amazing! The old days of trying to find someone at Home Depot to help you with something, and being only marginally successful appear to be gone. It's no wonder that I stop off at this location several times a week to buy things or look around. Management: please keep up the good work

A whimsical garden requires a lot of work and plant hunting. No doubt about that. My journey for hunting for succulents to create the perfect mini terrain was no different. During Covid 19, I discovered myself to have a green thumb. I've worked myself out to discovering I love building terrains of succulents and watch them turn into different formations. I was hunting for new succulents to grow, but most of the Home Depot's I've encounter don't have enough succulent plants available or they carry one's I've already grown in my front yard. I was on the verge of giving up, and I was going to buy some on Amazon. My fiancé told me to go to this Home Depot because they usually carry a better variety than the one nearby my house. Upon arrival, I was already eyeing on this big pot with different succulent's on it. Each succulent on that pot has its own little area. I was like OMG, this was already exciting. I've never seen it before. (Check my pictures to see what I'm talking about) although my journey wasn't about getting that type of terrain, it was enticing to my eyes. So, I moved onward to the inside. And...! I found so many different succulent's available for me to purchase. Some of them I've never seen before which was awesome! I purchased a few new one's which I'm so happy with. I'm working on my terrain project with them soon. I also asked Julie a gardener working there for a little help. She was extremely helpful and even gave me a few tips. She immediately knew what type of succulent plant I had. I basically asked her why one of my succulent is growing a long stem flower. She told me the same, but I forgot! It's ok as long as it wasn't dying. I honestly thought it was dying because it grew out a long stem of flower. Another tip she told me is, you can always pick on a succulent leaf, put it in the soil and another succulent will grow over time. I was like that is soooo cool! I'm learning something new everyday. Hey, if you knew this tip, that is cool but I learnt something new! Julie was very helpful. Awesome customer service and taught me a few beat tips and a cool trick! I'm definitely coming back to this Home Depot. Lots of selections! Loved this Home Depot with customer service that exceeds my expectations. Happy Planting!!!

Wow, five stars all around for Sally!!! We needed a variety of things in the sink/tub section and general questions, and she went above to help us. Sally was not only knowledgeable, but she also took the time to explain things and share her own personal experiences. She is a top notch employee and this Home Depot is so lucky to have her. It was a nightmare! I ordered a washer and a dryer online. It took over a month from the date of water to get it delivered. They kept being late and rescheduling or even sending it on the wrong delivery line.. Hours of call time wasted on hold and trying to figure out what happened and when is the next delivery scheduled. Every time I had to pay for someone to seat and wait for them. I asked to call me an hour in advance. The guy calld me to tell he will be in the next 5 minutes.. Unbelievable! Today it was finally delivered. And guess what? Yes washer was damaged as they pulled it from the box!! I'm so over this service.. yes, u can order almost anything from Home Depot, but will u get it and when? That's the question..

This Home Depot is a home run!! We had excellent service from start to finish and found everything we needed easily. We would especially like to mention Fernando whose service was impeccable! We cannot recommend this location enough and are returning as happy customers!

This place sucks! It's 4pm and everyone in lumber has gone home. The 1 guy they have to pull orders with a forklift is 5 orders deep. Do yourself a favor and go to Lowes!

Terrible customer service. Cashier was rude and didn't even greet and was annoyed when I ask her to remove an item I no longer wanted. Also took 20 plus minutes to find someone to help me on the floor. Definitely need better customer service.
