I had a phone number forwarding for like four years. Then my credit card expired. They sent me like two emails that went to spam over a period of two months saying that they needed new credit card information. Then they immediately sold my number to someone else approximately 45 days after my credit card expired. So now my website forwards calls to someone else.When I asked them why they didn't call me too (since they totally have my phone number--that's what they do) they told me that it's their policy not to call anyone but only to email (but the emails went to Spam).Don't do business with these guys.
