Got my hair and makeup done get for my wedding I was able to schedule the night before n it was so worth it to do much of the to she's off me I just wish I didn't got crazy purchasing so much trying to do it myself I wish I thought of it to from the start it turned out great n would highly recommend

This location desperately needs customer service training as well as loss prevention with actual security because it makes us customers feel very uncomfortable when trying to peacefully shop. I agree with the others leaving reviews where they seem immature and snobby. They're sales associates at a makeup store so when a customer asks for help they shouldn't make us feel like we're bothering them. Ulta is close and convenient but I'm going to switch to Sephora where they're humble and willing to help those that ask for help.

I donât shop here often. I prefer to shop exclusively at the brands websites, but I needed a few brings immediately. I ordered online for pickup, mascara, blush, and an eyebrow set. I was notified on what to bring, ID and order number. I walked in and there was a few employees at the entrance chatting. I went straight to the counter and was helped immediately. I gave my identification and had my barcode ready. I saw a display for a birthday gift and asked if I would receive one. Since it was literally the day before my birthday. The cashier dryly asked if I had the app and I said no and asked if it was required. She just stared at me and didnât offer any info. It got a bit awkward so she handed me my bag and told me to check to make sure my items were correct. I looked in the bag and verified the shades and said yes. When I got home, my blush was cracked so I recommend opening the packages before you leave. I have been in this store twice and this will be the last. The employees are so rude and snobby. They act like high school cliques that think theyâre better than everyone else. They were not helpful and rude. The first time I went in was for my wedding makeup. I booked an eyebrow wax and when I arrived, they said the person was not in. Next time Iâll order for delivery or stick to the brands websites.

Iâve been Kayleeâs client for about 2 years because she does such an amazing job. I get a full highlight service and receive so many compliments after Kaylee does my hair. She is a master at weaving and I will continue to come to her forever.

I just stepped out of Ulta Chino Spectrum with my 3 year old daughter and it was thee most wonderful experience of all time!!! đ«¶đœNot only was Cassidy helpful and sincere, the entire MAC staff made my daughter feel like a rockstar dancing to Lady Gagaâs â Abracadabraâ while I paid for my products. Thank you to EVERYONE who made this experience so memorable. I will definitely go out of my way to shop here more often. Thank you for making us feel beautiful inside and out. Even though there were other customers, this Ulta seemed to have enough people on the floor to help everyone personally. I can spend hours in an Ulta, but I was on a mission and the sales associate directed me to exactly what I needed, brand and product. I'm definitely shopping here from now on.

I went to the store on 02/15/2025 during the opening time (10am) for a pickup order. The casher asked me for a âphysicalâ ID. I mentioned in the past I have always picked up my order showing a picture of my ID thru phone and order number. They said no, its their policy and they wonât give me the order without looking at my physical ID.
So I went to the store again with my PHYISCAL ID next day 02/16/2025. There was another cashier who handed me my order WITHOUT asking for my physical ID. So I asked her âyou are not going to look at my ID, apparently I was sent home for not having physical ID with meâ
I have NEVER had this issue before, I NEVER have had to show my physical ID. The thing is, if its in your policy, then keep it across the board for your employees and this should be across the board for ALL the stores. I dont mind following the policies but stick to it and follow them properly otherwise it confuses the customer.
I would never make a pickup order at this location! Ever.
Amazing service on 02-16 but pathetic service on 02-15

Beware of the sale associate scammers (DANNIELA), I went in with several gift cards I received for my birthday and at time to pay, the cashier asked me if I wanted to sign up for a cc I declined and explained I wanted to pay with the gift cards, she said if I signed up for the C.C. not only would I get a discount on my purchase but once I got my CC in the mail, I could pay the amount with the gift cards. So I went ahead and signed up, now that I received my CC and I am trying to use the gift cards to pay it is not possible, not only I'm I stuck with the payment but also with the gift cards.
