I looove the Ulta Salon! I went to Mery for my dream hair of pink and blue tint and she beyond delivered I love my results I love that she listens and works so hard to get the look her client wants! 10/10 will be continuing to go to her for my hair wants and desires ? Thank you Mery!!!

Such a wonderful selection of beauty needs. I took advantage of a 20% coupon during Christmas and I was able to use it on Estee Lauder moisturizer! Be careful to watch the price as they scan at the register because sometimes the price rings up higher than the sticker labeled on the shelf. This happened to 2 Maybeline products. They have great sales, and that's just about the only time I shop since the products are a little overpriced. The employees are super sweet and very helpful! I love browsing this store for new ideas.

This Ulta is absolutely great at racial profiling. They judge you on what you’re wearing what you look like etc… I’m a mom and don’t always have time to look my very best as all moms , and let me tell you that when I came here with my 3 year old son and hair up in a bun they absolutely ignored me ! I would walk right in front of them and they wouldn’t even say Hi! Let alone can I help you ?! I was amazed in how they treated me .., I finally got the courage to ask for assistance at the Mac department and the girl that was working there was just chitchatting with her other coworker and wouldn’t care to give me her full attention and made me feel like I was bothering her . I’ve given this place a couple chances to the point that I came in one day purposely looking great with hair and makeup done and without my kid and the experience was different, not great! But better than before to say the least and it really makes me sad that they treat customers here that way . You guys work in retail lol I own a restaurant and I would never ever treat my customers this way ! Do better!!!! Read your reviews! Whoever the manager is here needs to really do her job better. Don’t come to this location if you want to be judged by the clothes you wear rather than a human being. Or have a security guard follow you around like a hawk and make you feel uncomfortable. This location is horrible!

Terrible customer service out of product desired talked me into ordering online gave cashier a business card with all information paid with debit card asked for receipt told they don't give receipt it would be emailed with order confirmation wrong adress on order I called store with order number told nothing they can do asked for manager told she wasn't expecting calls asked for corporate phone number told they don't give it out gave me a customer service number that dosent answer on hold twice for half an hour looked up corporate headquarters

I had to return a package from a mail order catalog. I was able to return it to Ulta and my money was returned in three days.

I live within the area, and I would visit this location frequently. However, I decided not to shop at this store anymore because of the racial profiling. I went two weeks ago to buy some concealer and perfume. I love and collect perfumes, so I smell as many as possible before purchasing one. I felt like I was being watched, and I noticed the security guard turned his direction toward me and kept staring at me while talking on his earpiece. Numerous employees pretended to ask me if I needed help to monitor me, which was pretty obvious because they were not doing it to anyone else around me. So I stopped looking around and purchased my perfume and concealer and left to go to Sephora up the street. I will not be setting foot in this location again.

I normally wouldn't leave a review because of one person's actions, however the lady who checked us out made us feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. The two stars are because the other people who helped me out were quite nice. I shopped around for a while and accumulated over $100 of products, but one product i was looking for was not on the shelves, and when I asked an employee she told me I could order it at checkout to be delivered. Upon checking out, I requested the product and the lady says, "Do you know the product code?" I'm not sure if it's normal to assume customers know things such as codes, but of course I did not and only knew the name. Although Ulta carries the brand, they didn't carry the specific product I wanted, unknown to me since the other employee suggested I order it. When we finally realized Ulta didn't carry it, the lady acted very annoyed with me and my boyfriend for asking and was constantly apologizing to the other customers in line for waiting while talking to us which felt passive aggressive, as if she was trying to tell us to hurry up. I asked to order another product instead, and SPELLED the name of it out to her. She just kept saying she couldn't find it and was making me and my boyfriend search it up on google to find it for her. When she finally found it, she said the way I was pronouncing it was wrong in an annoyed tone, even though I spelled out the name in order to avoid confusion. We were able to finally check out and have the product ordered but her attitude made us feel like an inconvenience which is really unpleasant, especially when I was in a lot of pain from my skin flare up and paying a lot of money to get products to help with it. Really unfortunate experience.
