I dropped off my packages yesterday and they haven’t been scanned in. I’ve made several attempts to contact the branch and no one answers the phone lines. Help!

I waited 3 hours for my package at my office . The lobby door was unlocked and my door was cracked and unlocked so they could deliver . I received a text stating the area of the delivery to leave the package was unsecured which is a lie . They claim to have left a form for redelivery and that’s another lie. The postal carrier made no effort to truly deliver the package

Always delivered to the wrong address parcel locker in our neighborhood. And some neighbors are not kind enough to return my stuff. It happens way too often.
And here we go again, delivered my package to the wrong address.

Possibly the worst way to send mail. Although it may be cheaper then ups and fedex at times, the customer service sucks.
You are better off paying a couple dollars more to get things delivered correctly

They do not accept walk ins for passports, even though online it says they do. We drove an hour to do the passport on a Saturday. Our work schedule doesn’t allow us to take weekdays off, so Saturday walk in was perfect! Arrived early, waited in line and then was rudely told by the worker and her supervisor Maria that they don’t accept walk ins. They said they’ve changed it online but it doesn’t show up right away. What an absolute joke. It looks like this is an ongoing issue and they’re just too lazy to do the extra work for walk ins.

My wife and I recently visited the United States Postal Service to apply for our passports, and we were fortunate to have Christy assist us. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at ease. She patiently guided us through the entire process, ensuring we understood each step and had all the necessary documents.
Christy's knowledge and professionalism were evident as she answered all our questions with confidence and clarity. Even when we were unsure about certain details, she took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Her patience and kindness truly stood out, making what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless.
What really impressed us was Christy’s genuine dedication to providing excellent service. She went above and beyond to ensure our application was completed correctly and even shared helpful tips to expedite the process. It’s rare to encounter someone so committed to their work, and Christy's passion for helping others was clear.
The USPS is fortunate to have such a wonderful team member, and we are grateful for the exceptional service she provided. If you’re applying for a passport or need assistance with any USPS services, I highly recommend seeking out Christy. She truly made all the difference, and we can’t thank her enough!

I hate this location so much. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Save yourself the trouble and go to the chino hills location. Absolutely awful.

Avoid this location if you're applying for a passport without an appointment.
I went to this office after checking their website, which indicated they accepted walk-ins. However, when I arrived, the woman with grey hair rudely told me it was her break time and that they only serve appointment customers. She didn’t greet me, offer an explanation, or apologize—she just walked away.
It’s incredibly frustrating to have a website provide misleading information, only to encounter poor customer service when you arrive. I hope they address these issues for future applicants.

Packages were getting stolen and Monica told me over the phone that she and other workers were stealing them and that there was nothing I could do about it. I told her I was recording the call and she freaked and screaming that I can tuse it in court, it is illegal, blah blah blah. (You can record phone calls with government entities without them knowing. This is for state such as California as Federal rights override state laws.

There is ONE person working, ONE, the week before Christmas with a mile-long line out the door.

I placed a vacation hold requesting that mail be delivered after my return. Most of my mail was delivered. However, they held a package for pick up claiming it was based on the customer’s request. The 800 number was no help trying to get it redelivered and nobody answers the direct line. Not the first time I’ve had issues with this location as the service is horrible.
12/13/24: received an empty envelope from them. They mishandled my mail causing the envelope to open and the contents to fall out. However, they still delivered the empty envelope.
12/14/24: went into the post office to pick up a package. How do you have 1 person at the counter at 10am on a Saturday? The line was 15 people long
