This Verizon store has the worst customer service ever! All they do is walk around the store and form a group just to talk. I had to return a I watch as they sent me the wrong watch. I had to do everything for myself. I was on hold with customer service for over 1 hour. The call finally dropped and this was the 3rd time this happened with the customer service. I will not go back to this Verizon on Grand Ave in Chino, CA. Horrible customer service!!!

It’s not often I write up a review… but Gerry at this store was great! I had issues with a trade-in offer and he walked me through the entire process to get it resolved. He was friendly, professional, and deserves the praise!

Was here yesterday afternoon attempting to buy an Apple Watch. The woman helping us was so unhelpful and rude. We asked for a Spanish speaker and she ignored the request. She also spoke broken English so it was very hard to understand the entire conversation. She was unable to answer any questions we had about the device or service as well. We wanted to see the estimate on the bill and when reviewing it with the employee, we realized she had added services we had never even mentioned or discussed. We felt uncomfortable about this and ended up leaving empty handed due to the poor customer service and experience we encountered. It’s very disappointing when you pay so much money for a service you will never be satisfied with.

Vilmar at the CH site was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I was asking him question about an error message i was receiving on my phone, he said he was feeling like i was attacking him. Pretty laughable. If you dont want to work and help customers than go home.

Female worker here is super lazy, incompetent, and rude. Drive the extra 10 mins and go to the Verizon on Schaefer if you want someone who will actually try to help.

I stopped in a couple of weeks ago wanting to upgrade my plan, but the employees at this store completely dismissed me and would not even look up my phone number for me. These are the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. I eat at the nearby Red Robin in the same shopping center as this Verizon store about once or twice a week, and I have witnessed the Verizon store workers come in on their breaks, in full uniform, get drunk and walk back to their store and continue “working.” Not only are they loud and rowdy, but they are rude to the restaurant employees as well. This is unacceptable!

This is the best Verizon corporate store near the Pomona/ Chino Hills area. We thought we had cleared an issue with a VZW4T home internet device. This device does not work well in cities surrounded by tall building. Marco was able to walk us through multiple Verizon and collections call centers to figure out why the device wasn’t properly recorded as “returned/received” and instead sent the account into collections. Marco was patient and very helpful in helping us not feel stuck or lost in the process of jumping from different departments. We were able to provide confirmation numbers and hopefully will get everything resolved. I feel for Marco because he spent over 3 hrs helping us out while his co-workers picked up new customers. Never at any point did he show any frustration and was genuinely trying to help resolve a problem that should have never happened.

If you drop by be sure to ask for Malay. He's a phone genius. He spent an hour setting me up with my new iPhone.His customer service is as good as it gets. Thanks Malay. You're the best!!

Gerry is awesome. He always has the right solution for my phone issues and assists me promptly. I know that if he is handling my case, I have nothing to worry about. I feel very taken care of at this store and I always leave feeling assured and satisfied with my experience. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Gerry the store manager is very knowledgeable person. I spent over 3 hours trying to troubleshoot Apple Watch issue with Verizon customer service to no success. I walked to the store and within 15 minutes, Gerry resolved my issue. I would never go to any other store. Thank you for being efficient and understanding. It is refreshing to know that a store manager is well versed on the product that his store sells. Thank you.

This store is terrible. I have never rated a store so harshly! They are all liars. I think they will deceive you of the real bill fee, tell you how much it is in a month, and hide a lot of information. Once you open an account and register it, you will find that the gift card has expired, and your discount can't be used. There are a lot more expenses that you don't know, far more than the original cost. When you come to them. They will tell you that it's all because you don't know how to deal with these. It's not so fake to open a communication account in China. I'm an accountant. I haven't dealt with my affairs for three days. They always say that the supervisor is on the phone. I think their supervisor has obvious racial discrimination. It's not easy to neglect you. If you don't want to feel bad, I sincerely hope you stay away from this store.

Be careful when you go into promotions they not give you all information and before trade something make sure that they will tell you exactly how much credit they will give you per month. I got screw in one of my trade because employee never told me the hole true . Is ok they lost the hole family customers forever Do yourself a favor and go to another store. Verizon corporation should do something about this store. So many complaints.

This store and its employees took advantage of selling products to my 82 year old mother who does not understand. Her phone was stolen and they sold her more expensive replacements even though I have insurance. Upon speaking to the management while I was abroad they still sold her products/services that I told them not to give her as I'm the authorized person in charge of my mothers plan. They still continued with telling her what to do. I'm in process of speaking to Corporate Verizon who is recognizing their wrongs. This says a lot about the employees at Verizon in my opinion. If you can take advantage of the elderly, after speaking to management on behalf of my mother, I hope you and your staff feel the shame of this review. Be very careful of these viper salespeople with no scruples who take prey whenever they can.

A female customer service with glasses has a horrible attitude(do not know her name) extremely inpatient, bro need to get some easier work instead of customer service, asked few questions, but she responds in really aggressive tone. A lines price was a bit expensive for me but when I told her she came up as “this is expensive?!” Stared at me. I already have 2 lines with Verizon already. Bro gotta improve the patience and improve her attitude
