Based on my experience (or lack of) with the pharmacy I would never recommend this location to anyone. You wait on hold only to be put back on hold several times and nobody ever picks up. I was released from the hospital and needed to check if my prescription was ready but they never answered. The kind pharmacist at Sam's Club called and was able to get through on the doctor's line and get my prescription switched so I could pick I there instead. I understand being short staffed, but that always comes back to poor management (pharmacist). Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. It's the last thing you want to be doing especially when you're already ill. Shame on this Walgreens. I wish I could say this was an isolated incident, but it happened ten days later which is why I'm taking the time to post.

Mid-afternoon a few days ago. I was standing in line for checkout. Staring straight ahead towards the front door. I saw a young man walking in a odd fashion with his arms in back of him. I then noticed that he was cradling a 12pk of Heinken obviously he was stealing. I couldn't believe my eyes! By the time I realized the theft he was out the door. I told the checker what I saw and she responded in a lazy tone "Oh, happens all the time". I said "you're not going to do anything about it or call the police?" She replied "No we been told not to" So I said "So anyone can come in here anytime and steal and nothing happens?" She said the last time an employee tried to stop a theft thy were fired. Who runs this store? That is the stupidest thing I ever heard of! They could at least take a snapshot of video suspect an inform the police. Further they can call the police for loitering bums in front of the store. Chino Police officers make 97k a year. I pay plenty on property taxes and local stores inflation prices because of theft. I suspect this store will be gone soon because of idiot mismanagement

They give me the wrong medication and they are very rude my medication was ready and they didn't give it to me on time I suggest nobody goes here

After waiting in the drive thru line at Walgreens to pick-up (I was the only car) My prescription was ready and had been ready but it would not fit thru the window opening. I was asked to go inside - I asked the pharmacist if I needed to wait in line again. Pharmacist (female) replied no one in line sarcastically (how dare I ask I should expect to wait again) I went inside only to wait again beside someone Walgreens could not find the person's name nor had filled the order. The other person was sick and coughing and hacking, after the person walked away, she/Pharmacist was ready to hand me my already filled order and charge me. I asked the Pharmacist if she could charge me at another station/window. The response was as thought the Pharmacist did not hear me (I talk loud and clear)...it is clear Walgreens more associates and better service. I suppose that is why my company has moved the special meds to CVS. I think I will as well change my store to CVS.

I cant believe that no one picks up the phone, been calling yesterday specially pharmacy which should be one of the most impt dept because people need their meds. I have to call before i go because i want to know why i dont have a refill reminder and i dont have anymore med to take for my blood pressure. i started to call yesterday until evening even until 8:30 pm. i dont want to go there straight and still have to wait of whatever is the reason why i dont have my refill which i have been receiving it monthly. also because i work during the day and its a distance from my work. even with 50 rings, so many times ive been calling. until today.

The pharmacy here at Walgreens deserves negative stars if it was possible. I tried to return a call that I had received from the pharmacy and after waiting 2 minutes I was told I need to speak to the store, so they transferred me to the store where I waited for 35 minutes and was hung up on. I called back and I inform the pharmacy of my previous experience and they state they will transfer me directly and I was placed on hold and after 3 minutes I was hung up on again. I called a 3rd time and tried to informed the pharmacy I would like to not be placed on hold again because I was hung up on twice, and before I could finish my request she just transferred my call where I waited another 30 minutes to speak with someone. That is no way to treat any customer, and a " oh I am sorry" is no good enough. This type of service should not happen period. Walgreens should be ashamed and do better. This isn't the first time this Walgreens has done something like this via phone interaction or in person. This is the last time I use Walgreens for anything. CVS is light years ahead of Walgreens in regards to customer satisfaction and displaying professionalism during customer interactions.

A joke of a pharmacy. Don't have enough staff and don't have an organized system. Called to ask how long medication I got sent here would take. They have me a time to come at. I arrived at that time and they told me my only options were wait thirty minutes, come back in two hours, or come back the next day. Why give a time if you can't be ready by then? I literally wouldn't have come I'm coming at the time you're telling me to.. and now I have to wait here when that was the point of me calling and asking when it would be ready... Also customers that come here are rude as well. Only time I sent medication here. Won't make that mistake twice.

This Pharmacy advertises 24 HOURS PER DAY PRECRIPTIONS? I drove up to Walgreens 24 Hour Store to pick up meds for itchy allergic reaction and they had a Hand Written note on the glass at the drive through which stated: We will be closing this evening at 9:00 PM Due to lack of employees? It was 8:55 PM when I saw this note. If I had gotten to this location 5 minutes later ?? I wouldn't have received my medication for itchy rash until the next DAY? ARE YOU PEOPLE SERIOUS??? A HAND WRITTEN NOTE ON THE GLASS???

How are you even in business?? The first time I came through - an hour after the doctor prescribes my prescription you said it wouldn't be ready for another hour. Fine. It sucks, I'm sick but sure I'll go home and come back. 2 1/2 hours later after I took a nap because I'M SICK, I wait in line only to have them tell me they can't give me the prescription because the pharmacist is at lunch???? Are you kidding me??? I'm sick and miserable and literally all I want is this mrs so I can go back to bed. I think a call to corporate is in order too. Unfricking believable!

Came by the pharmacy to get a prescription filled arrived before the 500 cut off for out of stock items. Said my prescription would be here tomorrow. Got a message confirming the delivery of my prescription the following day. Showed up the next day only for them to tell me it's not ready. What a joke I had to suffer without my meds and waste my time. Nobody really cared about the inconvenience or had any apologies or solutions. So much for customer service!

This place to do update, and streamline their pharmacy!!! It's a hot mess! I dread every time I have to come pick up my medicine. I've tried both methods of pick up, drive thru and going inside and neither is better than the other. It's just awful.

Pharmacy is listed as 24 hr. Can't reach a human on the phone. Drove 30 minutes to find out their pharmacist called out. Terrible service

Our family will no longer shop a any Walgreens. When they decided to use their power for profit instead of taking care of women's health issues they lost me. Women should be able to get any medication they need when they need it just like anybody else. Walgreens has lost their way!

This Walgreens location offers passport photo service. Due to limited staffing, I had to wait to get my photo taken. However, as I was made aware by an employee about the situation, I did not mind. I got my needs met thanks to the employee who took the time to explain and helped me understand what to expect.
