Hard working staff that goes above and beyond to help get what you need. I'm able to get my vaccines and flu shots there with no hassle. Thank you for being there, not only for the customers, but for the employees as well.

Alan is the best! I have never experienced the amount of help he has provided to me at at any pharmacy...let alone at a Walmart pharmacy. I have been given contradictory information by others and it turns out Alan has been right every single time. I thank him for that. And for my health due to his assistance. I never question his judgement. Thank you Alan..and team at Chino.

I'm shocked! The lady helping me at the self check out was rude and when I wanted to return an item she just grabbed it and literally threw it hard into a cart. Terrible service and just shows how LITTLE the staff care about their jobs and their product. I hate this Walmart!

If I could give them a negative star, I would. This is for Walmart itself, not necessarily the pharmacy. For one, they sell fish. The fish are never properly taken care of. They're always sick, dying, or dead and in the wrong tanks. I always swear I won't support their fish department, but last night my fiancé saw a betta fish in with cichlids, parrot fish, and oscars. Wtf? None of those fish should be with bettas. Male bettas are aggressive and need to be kept away from other fish for one. This poor thing was picked apart and torn to pieces by these other fish in the overstocked tank. I had to take him. So I grabbed an employee and she got him out. She picked the first tag she saw for a fish and labeled him as a cichlid, charging me $8 for a $3 fish. I wasn't about to argue because I was already upset someone had royally messed up this bad. STOP SELLING FISH. Please. Unless you can get someone experienced and who CARES and knows what the hell they're doing, you should not be selling fish. It's disgusting. I will no longer be shopping here. The first photo was last night. The second photo was 24 hours after the first, and shows you what a little proper care can do for an abused fish. His poor fins ): luckily they're resilient and his fins will grow back, Target, my new betta, will thankfully recover but that can't be said for so many of your other poor fish that are severely suffering.

I was seen in urgent care and a prescription for my medication was faxed to the Walmart pharmacy. They were very polite and attended to me immediately, but were unable to fill the prescription until the following day. Joanna, pharmacy assistant,Instead called to a competitor across town to check on the prescription availability and transfered the prescription for me so that I was able to get it that day, actually within 45 minutes! I thank Joanna for her kindness and attention, and the pharmacist at the time also for making this transferring so much easier! I didn't even buy anything in Walmart that day, but will go back to them in a heartbeat! Thank you for your service and your caring!

What can I say, really NO customer service... I brought my son's prescription in, and since the doc wrote it on a prescription pad, I had to walk it in. (That's probably a good way to waste time.) Next time I'll have them call it in. But, I figured I had some shopping to do... The not-so-personable, "pharmacist" input my info into the computer, didn't let me know that doing so, would give me automated updates on the filling of the prescription, which btw, would've been nice to know. She tells me that it'll be around 30 mins to fill. So, we walk around, decided I didn't need anything and just grabbed a bite at the Burger King, across the way. When it was about time, we make our way over to the pharmacy, and she says, "it's not ready", in a robotic kinda way. Okay, I thought...so, I told her that, I'll probably come back tomorrow morning, she's like, "we're open 9-7". So we walk out, get in our car, drive out of the plaza, and wouldn't you know it...while waiting for the light on Grand, Walmart text alerts me that my prescription is ready for pick up, lol! I head back, cuz I'm closer to Walmart then my house. "Couldn't she have just said to me that it'll only be a few mins?", she soooo, couldn't care less! Then she tells me to wait on the consultation section, for instructions on the meds, lol, I was there waiting longer then it took me to go to my car and turn around and come back. I kinda think she got a kick out of all my "wasting time". Such a weirdo!
