Avoid this place at all cost! Apply somewhere else like target or Costco. When these people let me go it was for "reckless driving" in the parking lot. Look up the definition of reckless driving (Melissa from HR) and (AP Manager). Pulling forward in a parking spot also caused for my termination any little thing they find just to let someone go. This whole place needs a clean sweep they need to hire some managers with brains. HR lets managers get away with promoting associates by sleeping with them aka Mario/Jessica/Eder . All within the QA department.

An aquintance works there,very positive looking facility, but then again it's Wal-Mart Distribution so you can't go wrong there,serving California and the United States, great job Wal-Mart. Thanks.

Don’t ever work in this warehouse. They over work their employees.One of the supervisors told my coworker every time she takes a bathroom break they were keeping tract and they were going to take it from her pay. Of course she’s now seeking legal advice.

You can work here and give it your all, but in February 2023 they laid off a huge portion of us.Company was losing millions of dollars per pay period due to poor sales, so corporate took it out on the associates, "displacing" us within the company by a random lottery. I worked here for two years only to be let go like a sucker. Don't waste your time with this evil conglomerate.

Works you like slaves, and cry about the littlest things. If you're 1 min late for break they will come after you for no reason , not worth the money.

The shelves are super slow. Don’t send to this warehouse. It’s been more than a month since the goods arrived. They are still not on the shelves. Then they continue to match this warehouse.

This Walmart warehouse is where dreams go to die. The only value you have as employee here is your productivity. You aren’t treated as a human being, just an associate. Walmart treats their employees like replaceable and expendable pawns and will gladly take advantage of you until you are no longer useful. I’ve never worked at a more depressing place in my life. Leaving this job feels like finally removing a cancerous tumor from my life.

Something coming from this address on my FedEx has my first name misspelled. I asked everyone I know if they ordered me something that would weigh a bit over 7 lbs and they said no. Since I have no order number and only the tracking number customer service is useless.

Worked here 2.5 years seen so much mistreatment from mangers to employees it was crazy!! If you were ever fired, harassed for anything even being gay let's start a lawsuit as I have made multiple reports to HR all the way up to Phillip Cummins! Complaints made were of racism, favoring employees, quid pro Quo, sexism managers abusive power. Even targeting employees that constantly complain about how they are treated even when it's protected by law!! The highest I made it complaint wise was let's see!! Complained to billy then he moved complained to Lisa Gonzalez she is still there firing ppl complained to Louie Freitas complained Wyatt oropza complained Sr HR Paul Porter also SR Hr patty complained to SR AP Tony complained to manager John Reed when he was there only to have retaliation happen on all these occasions!! Even Mike Brenner knows the company does not care about breaking laws as they settle lawsuits and move on!! I encourage all to contact law firms about hostile work environments at the least. I actually forgot the ladies name that was AGM who went to Florida who also had my complaints!! I was always told to mind my business and if not Walmart will fire me!! I was told By patty and Louie this. I was told they are partial to Walmart and will never be fair to employees as they are considered bad employees! Patty and all SR managers said they do not have to follow Walmart rules as they are exempt on low level employees have rules! If you are a 3PL looking to do business here look elsewhere as the products are thrown around like rag dolls sometimes kicked and tossed plus items get broken!! Hopefully corporate sees this and reaches out!
