This isn’t our first time inside this Wells Fargo location that we stood in line for almost 30 minutes. One teller serving customers and 3 walking around talking. And more walking around the the desk. There were about 10 people just as furious as us. The manager assisted the teller then went back to talking to other staff members. We eventually left. Time to shop for a new bank.

i been having a bad experience in this location central and Walnut Chino bank is empty and the manager Shannon says i need a an appointment to add a person to my account for Express send ..i ask her name because ahe also was not wearing in it.very lazy service and a lot of complaints.this is only a review. i will take it to upper management..

Quite literally the WORSE Wells Fargo you can go to. They are slow, 15 people in line and one teller to two tellers in line. Always slow, it could be 3 people in line and still 30-40 minutes in line! This place is ridiculous! I wish there was another one closer in the area. Needs better management!

Very good bank. I've had my ID compromised several times through the internet and my wallet was stolen (at Costco). Wells Fargo has been wonderful helping me through their fraud department and when the thieves tried to use my Wells Fargo card it was denied and I was notified immediately by text. Wells Fargo has watched over my accounts and will immediately notify me of any suspicious activity. This is so important due to all the identity theft going on. I'm so grateful to them for this. Their customer service is excellent. Their costs are comparable to other banks. I highly recommend for your banking needs.

This bank is horrible, do not come here. At any one time there will be at least a dozen people waiting to talk to a bank teller and 4-5 employees hanging out on the side not helping anyone. They sit on their computers and cell phones while one person works. They do not care about customer service. Will take my money elsewhere!

I been a Wells Fargo member for over 15 years and have visited many branches and this is by far one of the worse. The lines are very long and the staff are just standing around talking to each other. I rather drive a few miles and visit another location when ever possible.

Went in on May 11th around 10:30am to open an account. A man in the new accounts area told me I couldn't open one cause I needed an appointment. Excuse me? The bank was EMPTY! He said the soonest I could get an appointment was 2 WEEKS from now. What? Is this actually a thing? There I was, in an empty bank, money in hand, ready to open a savings account and he told me to come back in 2 WEEKS. NOPE. No thank you. Horrible customer service Wells Fargo. Been a customer of yours since 2013. This is how you treat a customer of 20 years? So many institutions to choose from , and I chose you. Time to shop else where.

I wish I can give zero stars. This is the worst bank...slow and no sense of urgency. I had a dilemma and the manager told me he only takes appointments and his next appointment would be there in 15 minutes so he could not help me u til NEXT WEEK!! Really??! I get being understaffed but there were a few staff members that could have helped. Very disappointed in this branch.
