If I could give zero stars I would. Not only are their shoes so bad that they fall apart, but they also have nonexistent customers service and never answer emails.

Worst company to deal with, never answers emails. Advertises on social media, likes comments needing know help yet continues. All about advertising and not caring about the customers. Two orders, no reply nor update. Never again.

I have had great experiences with this company. I currently own 2 pairs of dunes and both are very comfortable. I’ve had one pair for over a year with no issues. I have a third pair on the way now as well. They were fairly quick with shipping- never had to exchange but I’ve spoken to the operations manager Rob and he was very nice and respectful.

I ordered a pair of QLOUD for an event I have coming up and then realized I was probably not going to receive them in time. I contacted customer service to ask if there was anything we could do and they put a rush on my order and shipped on the same day for me!! Highly recommend. Shoes are just like the picture.

Wonderful customer service. The warehouse accidentally sent me the wrong pair, and the issue was quickly and kindly resolved. Can't wait to show off my new kicks! I'll absolutely be recommending buying directly from YRU in the future. ?

Absolutely great customer service, I was kindly allowed to re-edit my order after finishing buying/payment process, even when I bought the 2 pairs of shoes w/ a 50% discount but in wrong size as I noticed later. And, of course, the shoes (BAE white, black & pink) are just fantastic in style and also of great quality. Will for shure buy a 4th pair of BAE ;-)Shipping from California to North Germany took only 3 days for the 1st order and 4 days for the latestFrom Germany with Love!

OMG the customer service is superb! I purchased a pair of "Lola" Teleporter boots from YRU's darling website. Teleporter unfortunately stocked the wrong boots in their (it seems all) boxes or may have labeled the "Lola" boot with "Bond" and vice versa. I notified YRU customer service and they shipped me another pair right away but unfortunately it was another mismarked box by Teleporter. They did a massive inventory check and found the "Lola" boot in the "Bond" box and sent them to me right away. And instead of having me return the wrong boots they let me keep all of them! How fabulous are they! I have been buying from them for over 10 years I believe and never had an issue with my orders. This was the first time and they were even sale boots so I applaud the customer service department profusely! I love their shoes!!!

I ordered the brocade high heel shoes for my birthday present but when they arrived I’d accidentally been sent the brocade qozmo trainer style instead. I got in contact with customer service & they sorted it out straight away & even let me keep the ones they sent by mistake. So I had a much better birthday than usual. I’m really thrilled & impressed by how they dealt with it & will definitely shop with YRU again in the future!

I love YRU shoes, especially the Qozmos! I had sent a pair back for refund (no defects, had too similar a pair) and customer service was quick, efficient, and so easy to communicate with. I had my refund confirmed in minutes!! 10/10 ♡ yous!

Like a lot of people who ordered the DUNE Jack-o'-lantern shoes, my order was delayed by almost two months, something beyond the companies control, as it was an issue getting the shoes from the manufacturer rather than an error or oversight at their warehouse. Initially, there was no word about the shoes being delayed until I reached out to customer service. There wasn't much they could do given the situation, but after speaking with a representative, I'm excited to be receiving the shoes I ordered, as well as a gifted pair from the company for my loyalty and patience. The person I spoke to was super friendly and informative, as well as sympathetic to the situation. I hope to purchase more shoes from this company in the future!
