“I've lived here for over a year now and I'm satisfied with this property. It has a pool and in my unit it has washer and dryer hook up.The manager is very professional here and after we were approved, I moved in within weeks. The property is tax credit so the rent is cheaper than most properties. You must make at least twice the amount of the rent and income must be under a certain amount. Whenever I have something wrong in my apartment like clogged drain or broken stove, they are pretty fast with fixing it. Also, the property management company offers every year a scholarship for students. I applied and won a thousand dollar scholarship for the 2018-2019 school year!”
