Donovan is amazing. If he isn’t the owner, he’s pretty close to what one should be. He is friendly, courteous and runs a fair and safe storage facility in Chowchilla, CA.
You don’t find the quality in a business that have people like him in charge. Having 2 storage units and another at another facility in town, the difference and quality of my storage experience at Chowchilla Mini Storage really sets him apart from all the rest.
Prices are fair, and the storage facility is always clean. When I’ve stopped by to pay my monthly dues, I am always greeted by Donovan with a smile and a handshake when I leave .
Donovan goes above and beyond to make business here at Chowchilla Mini Storage pleasant. Other storages should use Donovsn as a great example.

Donny was great. He rented us a small unit while moving across town. Great prices, couldn't find better in the area. Much better than CubeSmart. Donny promises a rate lock for one year. He made the move out process easy for us when the time came. I would recommend Chowchilla Mini to anyone in Chowchilla. Great safe location too, easy access.

So far so good. Super clean. Easy to rent via the kiosk and signed a paper via email and my unit was clean and ready for move in on move in day. Have paid using their app which makes it super convenient. The prices are decent as well. Definitely would recommend chowchilla mini storage.

With Rats Damage everything and the storage they had crooks running the place charge you for insurance when you didn't even get insurance I don't recommend this place to anyone
