Horrible charger and horrible service. Customer service is no help either.

Right side Charger faults after 10 minutes of charging. Left side won’t authorize.

Did not fully charge my EV after charging my Nissan leaf for an hour and was only at 69%. Waited another 30 minutes and it was still charged at 69%. Complete waste of time.
