This post office is one of the best in the area. I deliberately come to this one for all lobby services. The staff is friendly, helpful and really hustles when there is a line to deal with. My go-to USPO!

Walked in for passport services. Mike Sanchez spoke to us (in a rude manner, while eating) saying the 4 people had already been helped. I let him know I was told yesterday to go in between 9am-10am. He said I had to wait for the superviser and if I was accepted itd be over an hour wait, which I said was fine. Waited an hour for the supervisor only for her to say she didnt speak to me and that they had already helped the 4 people for the day (also in a rude manner). Sad to have gone through something like that. Called the Merced office as soon as I left and got im my car and was told they were able to get us in today!!!

Posted hours for walk-in Passport is 9am-10am. I show up at 9:15 and they say that they have already taken in 4 walk ins already and to try back the following day. Now I show up at 8:40 (prior to the posted walk-in hours) and I get the same answer!!!! How about you honor your posted hours for walk-ins and process them up until 10am.

I can always tell when our usual carrier is not working,! Our mail is missing, torn, late and the wrong address! And thieves waiting to steal at 22 1/4 and FAIRMEAD BLVD! Please try harder!!

Quick and easy in and out. Employee are easy to work with. A woman picking up her dad package. Worker was able to let it go cuz she have the same address on the package. Good customer service for my new small town.

This is the second time their mail person didn't knock on my door and just left a Redelivery slip for my packages when I've been at home all day.

All bad had to get passports for me and my two girls and I had made an appointment and at the time my ID was expired so I couldn't get it done well they said come back and you don't need an appointment I even called to make sure since I don't live in the area so I get there and they tell me no I need an appointment I told them what happen then Mike the only one that knows how to process passports I guess said he would help me if I can wait I said fine so after two hours of waiting he called me up then he tells me I can only do one passport I had to walk away he knew the whole time it was for me and my two girls. That was so messed up no I'm sorry for having you wait like basically he didn't care I feel like the whole time he knew he was not going to help me at one point he told me to move and go wait out of sight by the drop box. Horrible customer service. So if you don't have an appointment don't bother coming here

The people that work here are super nice! From front desk clerks to mail carriers. They have always been very helpful! There is rarely a line and if there is they will call someone from the back right away to help. They serve the community well rian or shine.

Officer D Baird wants $$$$ to cover things up he does not need to be protective of our small city maybe he would be better off in jail I was were I was supposed to be lock him up I will bring official charges against him

My dad needed a temporary forward of his mail from September through March. He filled out all the information and even got a confirmation number. He never got his voting ballot. A couple of bills never showed up. 80% of the bills show up late. I know Christmas cards are being returned to sender and it says unable to forward on the envelope, because a family member let us know.

I made an appointment for my get passport and they didn’t even acknowledge my appointment. Manager Sheryl was very rude, why even make an appointment if they won’t even help you out. Need better employees at this place no customer service at all!
