Mrs. V. would ask me if it was okay to cut/clip/shave prior to doing it. I really enjoyed that interacting from her and that was my first time there, and I will be going back there to get my medi/pedis.

Got a pedicure and it was terrible had appointment at 11 . Sat in chair at 10 min to 11 was done by 5 after 11 what a joke

I previously rated this establishment 5 stars, that was after my first visit. They did a really great job and seemed to want to impress me being that it was my first time being there, fast forward about a month or 2 in the quality has really went low, the older man there does a horrible job at pedicure and full sets, I had paint on my skin after my pedicure and as for a full set they made them so thick it was sticking to my skin. Tried a different tech and it was the same thing, I don’t recall her name but she was a younger woman, she was really impatient and when I asked for a design she rolled her eyes and said it was too hard for her, mind you it was really simple but guess it was too much work since she expected me to get a plain color I suppose ? They charge ridiculous prices as well for the quality work they’re providing you. Just far better places to go in Fresno or madera.

This place is nice in side but I can’t understand them at all and they were not letting me talk and I just wanted acrylics and they wouldn’t give me and I left but they made me pay 30$ for nothing done.

Tina is the BEST! She is super talented, values your time, friendly and my favorite nail tech ever. You owe it to yourself to treat yourself to a Tina manicure. I wish I could give her 10 ★'s.

I needed a pedicure for months, was told about v nails and my feet are so happy. It's a must stop, they took me as a walk in and I had a very short week. I appreciate the service and will return.

The worst experience i have ever had at a nail salon. The nail tech did such an awful job and made my nails look horrible. The gel is thick on some of my nails and others have already peeled off. Didn't even last two weeks had the nerve to charge me $40 no acrylic nothing but awful. Another painted hearts on my fingers and smeared it like a kid drew on my fingers. Nail tech kept touching my nails while they were wet with gel nail polish and got nail polish all over my fingers and skin. Never will i ever come here again.

Horrible experience. In and out way too fast. No attention to detail. Acrylic on the cuticles/ gel on the cuticles for my daughters nails. Didn’t apply lotion or cuticle oil. Dirty-didn’t clean station between clients.

Clean, they always fit me in, and quick about it. Nails look good! Got a gel mani & pedi. Overall happy with the services I've received there.

Terrible service, do Not, I repeat DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. I have tried them a couple of times thinking every time they will improve but they never do. They are a true disappointment too bad.
