The 7-Eleven on Naples in Chula VistaIs the only 7-Eleven I would recommend to stay away from. It's under new ownership and they gouge every product in the store. 7-Elevens are normally higher priced than a regular store but this particular 7-Eleven charges exorbitantly higher than any other 7-Eleven.

Since the ownership change this place is different, today Thursday the 19 I stop by to get some stuff, I don't know what's going on with the loud music you can't even communicate with the cashier very uncomfortable to shop there And I don't know it's because they loud music they don't pay attention !!always making mistake what are you asking what they giving you. I miss the old crew

Word of Caution / Warning: Long-standing customer loyalty is not valued. Patronizing what we thought to be our trustworthy neighborhood 7-11 on a frequent basis somehow became suspect. Pay close attention to how those familiar employees treat you. Employee demeanor should not waver between feigned exuberance and barely disguisable contempt toward you when interacting with you. After all, customers intuitively know which employees are genuinely authentic and which are clearly not. Remember, not everyone has your best interests in mind as 7-11 on I Street has proved to us. ALERT: Make sure you are given your receipt and correct change. After voicing our grievances to "certain" employees, said owner would come rushing out from his "hiding" place toward us to convey that he was there solely to track our every move. FYI, customers ought never to be bullied nor harassed. If you have anything to say to patrons, don't resort to playing the infantile games you played with us. Consider this... customers will always hold you accountable for what you say and what you do.
