The facility is clean, the staff is very attentive and friendly.If I was eating solely on that then I would give 5 stars.I’m giving 3 stars because I could almost never get a cart.I do most of my storage related stuff in the evening or weekends. The office is closed do they don’t have carts available.On the days I did show up during office hours then there was a mad dash to get carts seems like they need a few more for facilities this size.Last, the elevators. Those doors do NOT want to stay open. This is a storage facility! People need more than 2 seconds to get in and out.I was even trying to hold the door so I can push my stuff through (because I couldn’t find a cart)The elevator was closing its doors if I was there or not.If I was a little old lady it may have hurt her.So if you rent at THIS facility you may want to take your own hand-cart and a crowbar to keep the doors open.

Had the pleasure of renting at this storage facility. I have to say everything was great the front Desk manager Idalia was very accommodating and nice. Everything was very clean and professional. Definitely recommend!

All military personnel. They make you sign a waver for your rights as military if anything happens and you can't make payments due to deployment or other reasons. They will sell your stuff. Other than that. It's a place to store your stuff, it's pretty standard, nothing to special.

Great customer service! I moved out Sunday but had a change of plans and needed to move back in and got another unit quickley! Staff is always friendly and helps out when needed.

This is a great place to store your items! I put my stuff in storage thinking I would be back in a couple months, it turned out to be a year later. Everything was just as I had left it and still worked. Moving it in was just as easy as getting it out. They have elevators and carts to help move, and it’s gated so no worries about theft or shady characters. Thank you A-1!
