Car wash technician Jose was amazing. He is so kind and hard-working. Made sure the windows and the dash everything looked sharp and clean. I will come back because of Jose. God bless him.

I have been coming here for several years now. This is the first time and giving a bad review. 2 stars for speed. No star for quality. The quality of carwash has deteriorated. I experienced this even in the past, but I let it slip. No question about their speed. There was no quality checks on carwash done. They recently had a price increase which is not justifiable given the poor quality of carwash. My rims, sideview mirror, windows are still unclean. So unhappy and dissatisfied customer.
Still no quality. All speed. I am not really happy with my carwash. Sadly, i don't have options. AND it's really expensive.
I just had another service here. I got the Carribean Clean.
Poor service. My car was not vacuumed properly, there are still marks on my screen, water dripping. That's why I hesitated to go there. I can do a better job if I have the time.
Not really recommended. 😕

In a pinch, totally worked. I got the pricier car wash service because my inlaws are coming in from out of town and the inside needed a more in depth cleaning. It was quick which was perfect, the vacuuming was done well, the other stuff? Less than ideal. There were finger prints on the screen of the console and I had to go back with a towel to wipe areas down that were not done. I'll give it another go maybe, but will get the cheapest.

Didn't get the service I paid for. Inside car was not clean and windows were streaky. No air freshener offered. There excuse was I didn't ask when I paid. They offered me to comeback nope I am good.

I’d like to give feedback to the front line personnel, specifically Javier. I didn’t realize and appreciate fully what he does until the business hired one more person for the same position. Now I see the difference. As the first person who you meet when coming for a Carwash, Javier is doing an amazing job as a face of the business. He makes me feel welcomed and valued as a customer and I want to come back again, not just to wash the car, but also for the friendly, home-like atmosphere. Cashiers are also great and friendly girls. Some of the regular guys who wipe the car, also put effort into recognizing me and learning the “little” things about my personal preferences, for which I am truly grateful. When it comes to everyday businesses within the community like Carwash, shoe repairs and etc, personal touch from the staff does matter a lot. I’d like to thank the owners for keeping their staff happy, so they continue to take care of us daily.

Got the cheapest interior/exterior option they had for around $24. My van was super messy inside and out. They went through once and started wiping it down after the wash, and someone thought the inside needed more vacuuming so they sent it around for more vacuuming. I really appreciated the extra effort and the van ended up super clean.
Definitely coming back here

Typically they do pretty good. But most recently they’ve been missing a lot of areas. There’s been a smudge on my windows for the past two times that I’ve taken my vehicle. Also, they completely missed my center console the recent time I went. It was left super dusty and dirty. In the past they broke 2 of my volume knobs. I chose to overlook that since they were plastic and seemed flimsy but now with everything accumulating, it’s getting out of hand. It’s around the corner from where I live but now am choosing to drive further for more attentive service. My tips went from $10 a visit to “damn… I paid too much for this car wash.”

This is the first time here and I am coming back with all my cars (3). Oils service and a car wash!!! Love it!
