No receipts at the pump. Mustt walk past homeless crazies to get your car was code from cashier. You will get stuck in the long car wash line with no escape.

I like this arco they have a friendly staff and this has station is very easy to pull into and out of being that the area is so busy this gas station isn't at all hard to get in and out of and their hot food is always good and not stale. Gas is a good price

I went by to Arco gas station to pump some gas....the night shift guy that ghost by the name Phillips was pretty rude didn't even greet me he just said what do you want, it's not what should be said to a customer when they come into the store....... as I was pumping gas I noticed the night shift guy came out to a car and apparently look like they were doing some kind of deal very bad business. For a business???

A bald man who is charging in front of the cash register.. He is very rude. I even bought my breakfast in the store as always and I wanted to use the bathroom. It comes out that it is only for employees.. no public. I have spent the whole month shopping in this arch and it is My last one, don't change this person, he's been arrogant for almost 4 months!

Horrible customer service here inside AMPM. I always go to this gas station around 4:00 or 5:00 AM before work But today I went around 10:30 am to get gas, redbulls and quarters for water. This man attended and the whole time had a horrible attitude and added a few indirect comments. I had asked for quarters for water to put in my vehicle. He started down talk me. I then made a statement that he was being “prepotente” (rude or bossy). He then proceeded to call me “dumb”. To be completely honest I don’t think he understood and just assumed. Not because a language barrier but just because he didn’t understand. After a while we shared some very choice words and offenses. But once I decided to just get my refund and another teller came out he began to play as if I initiated the issue playing the victim while still throwing indirect insults towards me and trying to antagonize me. I told him several times to not speak to me that the other lady is assisting me what to leave me alone. He refused and kept trying to antagonize and escalate the situation. I’ve seen this person insults Several customers verbally speak down to people and treat people like garbage. I don’t think he should be working here. All the other workers are very nice and very helpful except for specific individual.
