The South American female was so helpful w/ me getting the app for gas points. The gas app & am PM app is 2 different access. Didnt.know that. Got a free peanut butter cookie along w/ a free all meat breakfast sandwich, which is the bomb! Purchased a coffee also & at it in the parking lot in peace.

I recently had a disappointing experience at ampm with the guy that working there name Jorge and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Upon entering the gas station, I encountered a worker who seemed quite grumpy and uninterested in providing any assistance. Their attitude was unwelcoming and had a negative impact on my overall experience. It's disheartening when customer service falls short, especially in an environment where a friendly demeanor can make a significant difference. I believe customer service is crucial, and unfortunately, my encounter at ampm left much to be desired. I hope this feedback prompts improvements in the overall service quality.
