I had gone to other AT&T local places and even call customer service and they never seem to know us what was goin on with my shipment order I had place over 2 weeks I decide to stop to this at& t to actually cancel everything . But I explain one last time to Andres the representative that help me and he actually found out what was goin and explain .Hes customer service was excellent very helpful I was happy my problem got resolved and even walk out with an iPad I wanted :) this is the location to go to and definitely Andres is the one to ask for 10/10 recommended

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but I work in sales and I understand the rules behind contacting customers.I find it very unprofessional for someone to call from this store and ask me for my passcode over the phone in order to talk to me about products and services. The guy who contacted me stated he was an employee of this store and offered to change my service to faster speeds. I didn’t feel comfortable giving him my personal information. I called customer care to verify no changes were made.Please don’t contact me again.

Horrible service. Requested to cancel a line and they said it could only be done over the phone. Mind you, another store had just directed me to this one saying only a corporate retailer like this one could help me with this. Way to go Mike the manager; couldn't do your job in a store with two other customers.

Worst experience got upsold. She moved things on my phone for Work. It's taken 3 other stores to fix it. Poor customer service. Third time and I'd tit say anything you are treated rude. If I could get out of my contract that was not explained well and just made my bill att high I would dump it. I don't m I w what happened but before you guys were good. Now it's a nightmare. For a phone. Upgraded my phone took hours Run from this place.

I took my 82-year-old mother into the AT&T wireless store to transfer her phone information from one Samsung to another. We have AT&T as our provider and needed their knowledge and expertise.I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Norma who spent 2 hours with us (in between assisting other customers)! She had the support of the Assistant Manager Brandon and co-worker Cesar. Norma had a great deal of patience with us, while my mother talked incessantly. She continued to persevere and educate us on some of the features and benefits of my Mother’s service and phone.It’s been my experience with Representatives who focus mainly on sales, rather than service! So I was not excited to go into the store to ask for help. My experience with Norma left me and my mother filled with gratitude and faith in GOOD PEOPLE!Thank you Norma and crew!

I was very unhappy with the Customer Service. This has happened at least 6 times where I have to keep coming back. I traded a new phone in and got a new phone. The person helping me told me I needed things I did not need. When I told her I had it at home. Wasn’t feeling well and so I just bought it and then saw I did have everything at home. So our money I didn’t need to spend. The worst part was when I lost alot of info with their poor wifi service. I get it wifi but when dealing with a new phone one would think they would have appropriate wifi and not wait hours. I missed so many important calls as the phone wouldn’t ring at all after I left the first day. Nowhere near the store and my Job Business My Family were all very concerned. This has happened many times I dislike it when I hear the others working there as I wait talking about who was with me very bad business.I went back asked for a Manager when I could get back down there and they were very reluctant to let me even speak to one and just dismissed it. Finally fixed the brand new phone. But. Having this happen numerous times here. Is the reason for the poor review. I do not like to complain but as a Business. Did but go well.

Came in to get help activating a new phone sim bs e-sim issue. Norma was not only not willing to explain the issue and solution to me, she blatantly disregarded my questions and asked me to repeat 4 times simply where I purchased the phone. So if you are looking for a representative who won't let you finish a word let alone a sentence before interrupting and disregarding you- Norma is exactly who you are looking for! Leaving wishing I hadn't upgraded and ready to cut ties with ATT for good.
