I walked into AT&T with my mom because she had questions regarding her phone. My mom is a senior citizen who was overwhelmed due to her phone not working properly. Victor was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and understanding towards my mom's concerns. I truly appreciate his professionalism and patience with her. Ask for Victor if you want excellent service.

I went to store for a problem with my phone. Once there Victor greeted me and told me he will be with me in a minute. Victor was very helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Victor also explained the situation. Victor went above and beyond he even made a call on my behalf. Victor kept the same experience up with other customers. I say make Victor a Team Lead if he's not already A+ service

Victor was extremely helpful ! He was kind and patient with me and was very thorough. He helped me fix some cellphone issues as well as start internet wifi for my new place ! He went above & beyond to make sure all my questions and issues were handled correctly. Amazing customer service!!

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable staff resolved issue within 15 minutes of arrival. The stores are usually full and have long wait times. I went in the day before (sunday) and it was also quick. Today Monday was exceptionally fast with 2 people in front of me.

I want to share my positive experience with Enrique who helped me start my AT&T Service for my home internet. Enrique is knowledge, efficient, and easy to communicate with making my experience outstanding. All I had to do was sit back and relax while he got me on my way to my home internet service. I would highly recommend Enrique to assist you too!!!
