I want to share my positive experience with Enrique who helped me start my AT&T Service for my home internet. Enrique is knowledge, efficient, and easy to communicate with making my experience outstanding. All I had to do was sit back and relax while he got me on my way to my home internet service. I would highly recommend Enrique to assist you too!!!

Maria was awesome in helping resolve a problem I had with restoring service on two phones I have. This occurred as a result from attempting to upgrade to iPhones from being a longtime Android user. Going forward I will remain a loyal Android user.

I currently have AT&T and took my long time friend to open an account. When we walk in the store Emily was “helping us” yet her attitude was very disgraceful, she was rude and not helpful. We were there around 7:20pm I told her we wanted a phone and told her my friend had a diff carrier and she wanted to port our phone. We ask Emily to see the phone and she said no because it would take her 10-15 minutes from “her time” to show us the phone & that they would close at8pm and there was no other customer at the store. we ask her about the plans and new customer promo and she said there was no promotions not wanting to engage with use and very short. Her attitude was very negative. We ask for assistance to port over the number but she said we needed to do it ourselves. I have never had an issue with ATT before but this was a bad experience for myself as a customer and for my friend. She did not offer services

I went to the store late in the day so I didn't have to wait and the AT&T rep was very courteous, attentive and efficient.

Clean and air-conditioned, my trip to the At&T store was wonderful! One of the employees, Enrique, was helpful and kind for going above and beyond to supply me and my family with service + phones! Highly recommend this store for it's location, and management.

Went in for a upgrade this morning store was completely empty nothing but two workers once greeted I immediately felt like the guy didn’t really want to help me , and wanted to get me out of the store quickly he immediately went into how much this and that is going to cost and what I would be paying today instead of looking at what upgrade I was talking about and eligible for ! Didn’t feel welcoming and had a very off putting tone when he didn’t understand the questions I was asking , told him I would come back and just went to AT&T on Broadway instead . Ended up receiving way better service and was able to upgrade quick and easy all it took them was a quick look at my account for them to set everything up for me.

Yesterday, March 6, I visited this store with my wife because we had heard great things about AT&T. Kevin received us with a warm welcome. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. His service was above and beyond our expectations. My wife and I left the store as new AT&T customers and highly satisfied.

Some friends in Tijuana told us all about AT&T and we decided to change providers. I’m so glad we came to this store! If I could put this place a 0, I would. The worse customer service I’ve ever received. I came in for an Apple Watch & they did not activate the service for the watch. And I also got added insurance without my consent. The lady that helped me out put the insurance without asking and never put service on the watch. Yet I’m getting charged for it. I came into store and was received by some guy that just walked up, said: what do you want? Why are you here? I’m like ? that’s the service you provide? Don’t come to this store, just go straight to plazas las americas. Their customer service is actually good. Never coming back again.
