This is one outstanding store to visit when you have a problem with your AT&T phone. When I went in Jay the Manager answered all my questions and showed me how to fix my problem, you rarely find that level of customer service any more in any store “Fantastic customer service”

What these people do literally should be a crime! These guys will come into your home and sell you with their "FREE" phones and matching your previous monthly payment. LIES!! It's damn near double!! Turns out, I'm contractually obligated to stay with them or pay the cost of the phones.. over $3,000!! Tried to reach out to Juan the clown and con artist who bamboozled me and low and behold he's blocked me! Crappy service, crappy internet.. crappy experience.. don't walk Run from ATT.. cricket wireless is probably better!!

The manager RAUL said if I switch to att fiber he will pay my bill with cox and buy my contract. I was literally paying my cox bill online while at this store and he stopped me.A week passed and cox kept asking me to pay my bill so I called this store and was told me they made a mistake and that I should pay first then get a gift card? I was told to go this link (refused to email it to me) and apply for reimbursement. I didn't even get a call about the mistake! Imagine if I didn’t pay attention? I would have ended up in collections. I could be wrong but it felt like I got sold on false promises and misinformation. So be careful!09.28.22 am still now I am still waiting to resolve this issue. They said they will cancel the service and back date it so I wont be charge a bill. I have contacted 3x and myself since no one contacted me and each time the chat just freezes right after they say they will speak to their supervisor. I will now attempt to call. Very frustrating.10.10.22 after a total of 3x attempting to connect through chat and 2x by call to resolve this matter I just decided to pay the bill that they promised they wont charge for the service I never used and moved all my business somewhere else including my business internet! Never again!

Khalil helped me with my phone upgrade today. Ran into some minor problems, but he went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Overall super happy with my experience thanks again Khalil!

Do not listen to them when they tell you that you get 3 "free" accessories. They tell you it's free but will secretly add it to your monthly payment. Now I'm stuck paying $122 for accessories that I could have bought off Amazon for much cheaper.

Raul… hands down best customer service I ever experience. I usually do everything online to avoid the wait, or been ignored. Raul immediately made eye contact with my wife and myself, he acknowledge our presence, simple greeting and will get with us asap. Fix something minor on my wife’s phone, and while there We ended up buying 2 I-watches, a couple of cases and screen protectors… Raul set up our watches and installed the screen protectors.. thanks Raul.. you kicked a****

This store has amazing employees and great customer service. I've been in a few times now for an upgrade and questions about my bill and Andre the manager is amazing, he's very knowledgeable and helped me fix my situation. The other employee Justin has great customer service and ensures that every customer walks out satisfied. Will definitely recommend this store.

This store seems to be selecting what kind of customers they want to sell iPhones to. If you are upgrading, no iphones in stock.. but if you are adding a line, yes, they will gladly sell you an iPhone. Will not be doing business with this store for sure.
