My visit at&t was great, Leah G was the rep to help me great attitude, communication and very helpful.The reason of my visit was because re connect my e-sim with my iPhone, she has some difficulties because the store doesn't have e-sim card for activation, she try many different ways and finally was a successful activation. I would like to say thank you to Leah G to make that wait feel comfortable and very short, and for resolve the problem.

Bought an IPhone in this store a couple of months ago and specifically told them I don’t want any add on (Next Up, Protection, etc) but they added Protection. Went back to the store and complained. When I received my bill, Next Up option was added. Upon further review of the bill, I noticed that they also added next up to an order I made over a year ago without my consent. If you’re buying an iPhone,, go directly to Apple instead of this store.

Warning: This store's practices are extremely questionable. We switched to AT&T, lured by staff promises. Our first bill was triple the quote. An hour with support revealed unauthorized add-ons and wrong plans. Told to revisit the store, they labeled it an "error" that coincidentally inflated the bill. The initial rep dodged our multiple contacts. Eventually, the store manager intervened to rectify it. We regret our experience and the unnecessarily excessive amount of time it took to resolve — it was absolutely not worth switching away from T-Mobile. I strongly recommend reading the other negative reviews, they are accurate.

I would strongly advise NOT to purchase a phone from this location. I purchased an iPhone 15 pro max and was signed up for the protection advantage plan and the next up plan without being asked or even discussing this program. I then had to call customer service and waste 1.5 hours of my time canceling the two programs. It is illegal and unethical to sign people up for programs they do not want; only for them to find out once they receive their bill. Really disappointed with this store. Stay away for the salesman Juan O. Terrible customer service.

Horrible customer service I walked in at about 645 December 6th employees were all laughing. Having a private conversation they seemed upset that I interrupted. It couldn’t really help me much actually directed me to Apple next door.

Marques was amazing! He was patient and willing to spend as much time as necessary to transfer our phones. He answered all of our questions happily and completely, willing to run through everything with us. Even as the store filled up, he stayed calm and professional. Amazing job! Thank you so much!

Great experience! Marques helped port my number over to my new iPhone that I picked up right across the street at the Apple store. It was lovely to have such an easy, fast experience. He was technically skilled and super nice as well! Truly great service!

Leah was a class act! She helped my family every step of the way. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. She even made my daughters feel at home. We need more like her. She made my daughter getting her first phone memorable.

Decent store, half the employees got attitudes for some reason. Gotta be something in the air.Make sure to double check your plan because I told them I do not want nextup or the insurance and they still added it.

We purchased new phones yesterday. There was no wait time and the representative set up our new phones. She was extremely patient and answered all of our questions. She even made sure we received all applicable discounts. While the drive is a bit far, the service, expertise and courtesy is well worth the drive.
