The other day I went to buy some parts for my car and I didn't get good service because the staff wasn't helpful and responded angrily. Also, an older man robbed me because he knew I had 20 on my Autozone card and wanted to redeem it. The employee told me no, I didn't have 20, that I needed to make four more purchases to get them, but it's a lie because a week earlier, at the Autozone on Plaza Blvd, they told me I already had 20 on my card. It's one of the worst stores I've visited as an Autozone customer, and I also had an altercation with the manager over other purchases I've made in the past.

The Paraguayan manager that works there is always super helpful and extremely friendly. Very knowledgeable as well.

I’ve been into the shop dozens of times and have never come back disappointed. I have recycled oil and filters with them. I bought vehicular cleaning supplies. I have purchased cabin and vehicular air filters from them. I have also bought car batteries from them. They are quick to be able to help you find the specific part that you are in search of.
They helped to get the right part for my 4Runner multiple times.

Jenny was of no help and just disregarded me very unprofessional should really get proper training from staff because I think she’s new and just plain out didn’t want to help

Wouldn't recommend going into the store when a Jenny is there worst service I've had in my lifetime hands down... definitely taking my business to oreillys or the swap meet.

Mario Lopez of Auto Zone store 5643, Broadway, Chula Vista was very helpful and very pleasant to talk to. I walked in because I needed to replace the light bulb of my signal light. Actually I came from another Auto zone branch (but won’t mention) but I wasn’t helped. I think Mario noticed i know nothing how to replace light bulb. He was friendly and very kind. I just want to thank him again through this review.

Great customer service. Even though the employees deal with difficult customers. They still maintain professionalism and were attentive to my needs. Jonathan helped us out and was very professional. Would recommend this store to anyone.

Came to AutoZone Jonathan helped me with my brake lights and front lights extremely nice great service and well appreciate it. When Pep Boys wanted to charge me $75.00 Will never go there always come to AutoZone!
