Mario Lopez of Auto Zone store 5643, Broadway, Chula Vista was very helpful and very pleasant to talk to. I walked in because I needed to replace the light bulb of my signal light. Actually I came from another Auto zone branch (but won’t mention) but I wasn’t helped. I think Mario noticed i know nothing how to replace light bulb. He was friendly and very kind. I just want to thank him again through this review.

Great customer service. Even though the employees deal with difficult customers. They still maintain professionalism and were attentive to my needs. Jonathan helped us out and was very professional. Would recommend this store to anyone.

You have to be especially careful when you buy parts in this store, check them before taking it, they sell you used and old parts, apparently they change them inside the store and the service is super terrible, I do not recommend this AutoZone

I went to this AutoZone thinking they would help me with my engine light on, and the tall Hispanic clerk at the cash register today, 11/26 at 2:28pm. Said you take this you open up the plastic cover underneath the steering wheel and you plug it in. So I went back to the car to do as he said and I couldn't fine where to plug it in. I went back to the store disappointed and I informed the clerk that I couldn't find it, he said " it's there every car has it there" I said I couldn't find it and left. He didn't offer to assist me and I was prepared to buy all the parts need it to take to the mechanic we always go to tomorrow Monday. This store's customer service is one of the worse if I've seen.

The front desk customer service provided us with the right number of parts and advised us to check the air filters for better service - thanks again!

I'm a seventy-two-year-old disabled veteran and I was having an issue with the switch for my car windows. It is a BMW 329 I'll get to the point, a couple of the fellows came out took a look at it and had it fixed within minutes. If I would have went to the dealer they would have charged me 150 just to look at it. Then probably try to sell me. Thanks fellas ?

In the midst of an otherwise busy day, a warning light pierced through the fading daylight, screaming at me about my extinguished headlight. Panic set in like a feverish storm, scrambling my senses as the sun began its descent. Desperate and determined, I embarked on a frantic quest to locate an Auto Zone, a beacon of hope in my darkening world. With the urgency of a man possessed, I scoured the streets, my eyes darting from one sign to another, desperately seeking salvation. And there it was, like an oasis in the desert of my despair - an Auto Zone, standing tall and defiant against the encroaching shadows. As I stepped inside, my heart pounding in my chest, I found myself enveloped in a cloud of confusion. The vast array of headlight bulbs bewildered me, their various shapes and sizes mocking my lack of knowledge. But just as despair threatened to consume me, a figure emerged from the shadows, a hero in the form of a man named Mario. With the grace of a seasoned craftsman, Mario took charge, effortlessly navigating the labyrinth of options before him. His expertise and kindness shone like a guiding light in the darkness, illuminating the path to resolution. And as he replaced my faulty headlight, his hands moved with a precision and finesse that only a true master could possess. With the new light beaming brightly, I raced against time to reach my daughter, my heart filled with gratitude for Mario's timely intervention. Auto Zone, forever etched in my mind as the sanctuary that saved me from the clutches of despair. A sanctuary where heroes like Mario reside, ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. But the story does not end there, my friends. For Auto Zone, in all its glory, has chosen to bless us further with a generous offering. A special, whispered through the aisles, beckons us to acquire five quarts of oil and be rewarded with a free oil filter. A tantalizing deal, though hidden behind the cloak of restrictions, reminding us that even amidst the light, there are still shadows to navigate. So for now, I will just say this. Thank you Mario.
