Everybody is very helpful, and especially nice at the Pacific Beach San Diego branch. Even though it’s a little bit higher and cost, I’d recommend not buying anything remanufactured. They’ll probably tell you the same thing. If you have a mechanic, they will say the same. Overall terrific.

I've lived in Chula Vista for many years, and since I was little, my father has always gone to this particular location. Now it's my turn to go. There's no doubt that the attention and friendliness of the employees is one of the many reasons why, out of all the stores around here, we've always preferred this location. Whenever we've had a problem with parts, they've always been helpful and taken care to give us the best option. We've never had a bad experience.

I went in to purchase a battery for my car today and was treated so well! I was stressed out and in a hurry but the team at this autozone responded efficiently, kindly and knowledgeable to my situation! Thank you to the store manager who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and easy process!

Went in to purchase some grease, the employee brought out a tube of gasket seal, I explained what I needed and he returned with a tube of thread lock, I tried to explain the difference between lubricants and adhesives, he said "we don't have grease" I went to O'Reilly

The Assistant Store Manager Edwynn C. Was very helpful. Helped me with changing my headlight bulb in my 2018 Chevy Cruze. He showed that who every change it last put it on wrong be help and was very courteous and helpful

It was 7:50 am they had just opened up . The check engine light was on in my daughter's car . She had to go to teach her class but I wanted her safe so we stopped in at the 3rd and Palomar Auto Zone .The manager José asked how he could help .Right away he took out his meter and hooked it up to the car and found the problem out fast .We bought the part and he walked with us out side to our car and showed us how to replace it .Jose was so nice and helpful also my daughter tried to give him a small token for his trouble and he wouldn't even think about taking it. Now that's super service!

A fat gray shirt manager.. stated B.S when I tried to return a warranty alternator for store credit.. not the fat guy that has glasses, his cool...but the fat guy with not much hair..the guy tiene una mala espina.. brujo oh no. i went to get a 1988 chevy C3500 Master Cylinder and found it for $50 with tax on!my truck is running again!
