Just walked in to cash a check about an hour ago. I stood in line, with no one behind me, I was the only one waiting. A girl at the window, walked away, walked back, walked away again, zero eye contact, nothing. There are like three guys walking around "greeting" people. I had to walk outside to deposit my check in the ATM. I sometimes feel bad for tellers, and their jobs disappearing, but, maybe they deserve it.

Bad attitudes. No wonder this place has a two star rating. Lines were really long and tellers were unprofessional.

5/2/2023I have been a customer for over ten years. Friday night i went to this bank to use the atm. There are three machines by the front door. I put my atm in the first machine and selected $1,000 it made a noise and then said unable to disperse cash....Moved over to the middle one pushed $1,000 and the same thing happened. Moved over to the third and pushed $400 and I received it. Went about my business and the next day when I went to the ATM machine i noticed my balance was $1000 less. I called however it was the weekend so there wasn't anything they could do but put a claim in. They told me i should receive a temporary credit in three business days. Monday i called and they told me that the temp credit was denied and i had to wait ten business days. Its the first of the month bills is due. Tuesday morning i went to that same bank and guess what? The ATM machine was out of order. Went inside the bank and they said "sorry there isn't anything we can do but you can use our phone to call the claims dept." Finally the rep got on the phone and said "we apologize but we have to wait for tech to come out and count the money etc" far as I'm concerned one should have been out there Monday morning. A thousand dollars might not mean much to many but that is just like a million dollars to me. I told her that if i didn't pay my rent by tomorrow it would be a hundred late fee and if Bank of America was gonna pay it. She said unfortunately no. Do not bank with Bank of America. They charge you fees for this and that. They are the worst bank. I didn't want to give them a star but you have too. I want to use bad words right now but that wouldn't be Godly or mature. And at the end of the day its not gonna give me my money. However I am about to file a small claims case and sue for all late fees that I incur while waiting on them to return my $1000. Once I receive MY money I'm closing both my accounts. One i had over 13 years and the other since 2019. I am going to write on every review platform I can find everyday until I receive my money. At the end of the day once the rep saw that the machine was out of service he should have made calls looking into when they were coming out to fix it and investigate my claim. Its Tuesday almost Tuesday afternoon and this occurred Friday night. You owe them $10 and they want it immediately. Don't be $5.00 short cause it might just cost you $35.00. Bank of America gets a minus 5 stars.I contacted them again and they told me the same thing they been telling me. I have to wait til they are finished doing their investigation. I want my money not BOA. Like i said BOA dont care about their customers.

From cero to ten, this bank is a cero. They have done three mistakes in the last months by transferring money from my checking account to my home loan which is already paid entirely and a few months later they send me checks from BOA instead of just returning the money to the where they took it- my checking account. I think expecting I wouldn't open my mail and never getting the money back. At the same time they were charging me 25 dollars a month without warning me that once the home loan was paid, the checking account wouldn't be free. My visa payment was taken from the checking account but never applied to my visa because they again send it to the home loan that doesn't exist and when I call they give me the run around from one department to another. Tomorrow is my third appointment to discuss this in person and I'm sure I will hear again that finally was taken care and won't happen again but these people don't communicate between department and don't seem to care so tomorrow is the day I say good bye BOA. Close my accounts and thanks God my other bank is very good (Union Bank)

If I could I would give it 0 stars, as soon as they serve me, they treated me horrible just because I asked if the worker could speak in Spanish, but she started to make faces at me and judged me from head to toe and questioning why I'm there when they are supposed to serve their clients well, not treat them as if they were doing us a favor. And it was very unfair to see that as soon as a family came in speaking in Spanish, the same person who helped me tried to get them out of the bank. Until the supervisor arrived and he himself took care of them. Outside of that, It's the worst bank I've been to.

On a Saturday, the line took 2 hour of standing in the lobby in line with only two teller, shouldn't they know More customer come in on their free day off to do their banking

I got there literally a few minutes before they were going to close during the week. The bank teller I dealt with was very attractive, pretty smile, great customer service, and because of her I had a overall nice experience.

Saying that they are understaffed would be an understatement of epic proportions. I walked in and got in line and there's only one teller. A few people in front of me, but there were several people in the business line. They kept helping those people first and we never moved. Finally after 15 minutes a second teller showed up. She handled the regular line while the original teller only helped the business line. Another 15 minutes and I still hadn't been helped yet. A total of 30 minutes and there were only 3 people in line ahead of me. That's outrageous. At one point, people in the business line were being helped who hadn't been waiting as long as I was. I was fed up and literally screamed out "Are you kidding me?" I just left. I'll never go to this branch ever again. Complete lack of customer service. I ended up storming out and drove 4 miles down the road to the next BofA. 2 tellers open and a few people in line, but I was in and out in 5 minutes. So much better. The original branch manager needs to be fired.

1st of the month on a Friday an manager has 1 person working the register an 1 for business with 20+ people waiting for 1 teller horrible management there should be 2 to 3 tellers as I told her this she just made a smirk an tried to say there's 2 ,when 1 is only solely doing business

Open Saturday 10 am to 1pm...One teller 20 customers in line, horrible service, I'm a merchant, what happened to the merchant line, I personally use Chase Bank they are way better... But I'll convince my company to switch business banks to anyone other than Bank of America... I've been here Monday through Friday and it's the same thing, same long infinite line, they only always have 1 or maybe 2 tellers but if they have 2 tellers they go slower together than one teller(not a paradox in the banking industry i guess) all these people have personal accounts that Bank of America doesn't care about, they can wait all day, i understand... But I have a business, TIme IS MONEY, I've been in line writing this profile and they have helped only 2 people in 15 minutes WOW... Bank of America? I think not ? no thank you to your slow self absorbed "service"
