I used to be a regular for this place, but this place has really gone downhill lately. When Bella works the experience is great, but often when it's her staff working they just don't seem to care about the customers that much. I had a bad experience today and I think it was the final straw. I sadly won't be coming back and will need to find a different eyebrow place. First of all, I called to make sure they closed at 6 like their website/yelp says and the girl working there told me 5:45, which seems to me she just wanted to leave early or make sure no one comes in right before 6. Her whole attitude was not welcoming and even though I arrived at 5:20, she made me feel like an inconvenience the whole time. Her whole attitude was just not friendly and more on the rude side. They also increased their prices lately and I just don't think the service is worth it anymore.

I used to go here a lot but I don't go as much cuz there is a new lady that is not great at doing my eyebrows I only go when Bella is there

I've gotten my eyebrows done here a few times now. Bella is great. Theres also another lady that did a great job. I walked in & saw a different lady (Cupida is her name) and figured it would be fine since I've had great experiences. She was nice. When she started doing my eyebrows is when I got a bad feeling. I've threaded my eyebrows for as long as I can remember but this lady was very aggressive (I assumed it was her technique) like she would move my head with her force. Anyways, I figured it was just her work. I walked out of there in tears.. There's no way somebody could have messed up so bad on "accident". I genuinely feel like she messed up my eyebrows on purpose. The other ladies are great but please avoid Cupida..

Iāve been here 3 times before. The other woman who does my brows is very kind and gentle bc I have sensitive skin and rarely do my brows. I was excited to come today but a different woman was working. I was physically shaking in pain with tears dripping down my face and had to ask for a break while out of breath from pain, she scoffed, āIām not done yet.ā Iām literally shaking in my car crying and that was $17 and she wasnāt even going to give me aloe. That was terrible. Never going back. Sorry to the other woman - sheās lovely. That was heinous. I almost walked out.
Iām editing to add that normally the woman who does my brows wipes them down before starting. This woman just started threading - no disinfecting before starting. Now Iām concerned I will have a breakout on my brows like when I used to wax. And she didnāt even ask how Iād like them, which is different than how theyāre done. The other woman does that stuff. And Iām still emotional about this bc I normally tip quite well & donāt mind the price of $17 because the other woman is kind and patient. Sheās been the only one who has done my brows for a year, which I realize I donāt do my brows often. I like them a big and messy. Right now theyāre very small in my opinion. So itās like I paid $17 to receive something I donāt even like and to be tortured quite frankly. And the energy in there was just terrible. I canceled everything else I had to do today because I feel like I need to cleanse myself now.

Got my eyebrows done here for the first time and it was a good experience! The lady who did my brows was very kind and did a great job. The prices are very reasonable too.

Horrible experience from the moment I walked it! Maybe it was because I was in sweats and throwback shirt after my work out. My original Lady āMaria Eye brow Threadingā (The best in the South Bay) was closed for a few days. They are in the same area so after seeing good reviews for this place (Bellaās) I thought I would chance it with hopes of a pleasant environment and kind service! I walked in and she just looked at me up and down and didnāt great me as she was working on one client there was nobody else in the building, new music stale dry atmosphere. Right away that did not sit well with me and the reviews were raving about Bella and I said hi are you Bella? She said no she is pregnant and not here. She didnāt ask me why or start any type of conversation at all, and kept on working. When it was my turn she said you can come now.. no greeting I didnāt not feel welcomed I was about to leave but I said let me just give it shot since Iām here already knowing at this point I wouldnāt be back. Then my 7 year old son comes to stand by him and she rudely told him āYou can go sit in the waiting roomā witb a demanding tone. I said maāam you could have say that nicer we donāt know you and no one is aloud to talk to my son without kindness. I said you know what Iām leaving you are very rude! Nisha said oh I didnāt mean to be rude I said I think you did because your energy and body language sense I walked in was negative. So she said āYou know what you can just leaveā super moody it was like a tantrum. I was like wow are you ok she said āI said leaveā mind you my 7 year old is wondering what is wrong with Nisha or Nish Aka Karen. So un professional and clearly donāt care about Bella and the livelihood of her business.

Bella has been doing my eyebrows for about 7 years now and she always leaves them looking fabulous! There is also a new worker there, her name is Nisha (I think! ?) and sheās super pro too! Best place to get your eyebrows done ā

Bella is an amazing genuine, personable, happy and friendly woman and the plus about her is that she is great at what she does. Been coming here since 17 she's been always professional, friendly and consistent with how she threads eyebrows. Her prices haven't gone up much since when she first started. Today her prices are competitive but her ability and her service makes her price feel like you're getting your service at a steal of price.
