Service is usually mediocre but today was just bad customer service. The one worker who is worth acknowledging was the greeter as ypibwalk in and leave the store. Workers were standing around talking and didn't offer help. The place wasn't busy at all. Asked a worker passing by if we could get help in the camera section. He said he'd find someone as he walked away. Time passed noone came so I went to find another worker who wasn't welcoming, as if I was bothering him, who came and told me the item I was looking at was out of stock. Why display if out of stock? Overall horrible service.

Very often out of stock when I'm looking for a specific product. It's only getting worse. Checkout lane is now just the customer service area. Can't imagine this location has much longer if it continues being managed like this.

Allan and Kyle were Fantastic. Both were very patient. Listened to my concerns. and VERY knowledgeable and professional. I am extremely grateful fir all their assistance. Excellent teachers. I learned alot from both of them.

Particularly, this site in Otay Ranch has the privilege of selecting personnel who are friendly, attentive, highly professional, they provide very patient advice, they have a large number of clients, they are bilingual and they treat everyone equally without preference of any kind. nor prejudices, as happens in various nearby stores. Congratulations for the constant supervision by the managers and HR managers, by training them to provide the client with the highest satisfaction, their time dedicated and their kindness and exceptional attention makes a big difference and the preference in this location regardless of the distance. Thank you, thank you very much and congratulations to everyone at Best buy of Otay Ranch. 5 stars. +1.

Run !!! Run far and fast from this place. My wife and I are retired in our mid to late sixties. We purchased the KitchenAid Smart Oven and had the Best Buy Geek Squad install it. While unwrapping the packaging from the heavy grill grate attachments, the worker dropped one on our granite countertop. Then ! He did it again! Then swung the grate hitting our fridge which we also bought from Best Buy. After the install, the other worker "tried " to install the plug in grill grate in our $4000 oven Without the slide in rack! He's pushing it side to side and up and down scratching it in the process. He gave up and handed the piece to me. He clearly didn't know what he was doing I just wanted these clowns out of our house. I did file a claim for the fridge. It was so stressful I canceled it because I have enough stress dealing with my wife's health and me on heart medication After they left I found he had the bottom rack on top and the top rack on the bottom. I figured it out myself and now works smoothly We are both retired healthcare professionals and shouldn't have to deal with this kind of thing this time in our lives. Thanks Best Buy for taking advantage of the elderly.
