Nice & friendly workers. Clean and orderly set up. Like any place, prices are high on some things and fair on others. Sale prices are great- we got a Stone Imperial for $68 and it’s a great bottle!

On December 31, 2023, at 10:28 AM, I had an unsatisfactory experience at BevMo, store #137, with cashier M. An item I wished to purchase was marked at $8.99, yet I was charged $10.99 at checkout. Upon addressing the discrepancy, the staff's response was not only dismissive but also unprofessional. I was instructed to take a photograph of the price tag and return, which I did, only to have the issue remain unresolved. It became evident that the staff, including the management, need further training to provide proper assistance. The manager's dismissive attitude exacerbated the situation, leaving me with no choice but to leave the store without the $2 refund I was owed. This experience has highlighted a serious need for improved customer service and staff accountability at this location.
