Disappointed. Ordered a shirt - received random customer's shoes. Now 10 days later need to waste my time to ship it back so I can get my item. Rep did offer "generous" 15% discount on a future order LOL when there is online offer for 25% off. I will never place another order again or recommend it to anyone.

From Cali to North Carolina, I recently ordered the New Era Lake Elsinore Copa Black from Billion Creation, it arrived promptly and in pristine condition. Not only that, but the price tag was more than fair…. Y’all just gained a customer for life. From here on out I’ll stay browsing the duds for future purchases.

Great place to start if you are looking for fitted ball caps in XL sizes and larger. They have larger sizes 7 3/4 to 8 1/4 !

I have to say this is the best business to ever shop with I found them online need help they help me order was wrong they quickly made it right the best thing was there customer service I’m a first time customer besides them having the limited hat I wanted and can’t find no where they had it to ship to me asap I selected wrong size but they help me gave me no trouble and fast ship soon as I drop off return to ups store the people I dealt with were mizy,Lisa,Kendall these lady’s had customer service I have never experienced I will be a return customer these girls should get awarded for there service and dedication to this company

Ordered a sweet LA Galaxy New Era cap from the website. It arrived in no time at all, and expertly packed, nice and fresh like.I did have one issue, however. I removed the holographic sticker on the inner visor and it left shiny residue behind. I promptly called the store for service on how to remove it and they kindly guided me through the process. Would definitely buy from them again to find any team hat you could possibly imagine.
