Aaron , is very unprofessional , and arrogant , it takes a lot for me to take time and go online, but if I can prevent anyone from feeling the way this manager made me feel , it’s all worth it!I was never treated so poorly , he made me feel worthless , his exact words were “then use Navy Federal card if their fee is cheaper “ he told me I have no money , he cut me off and said is there anything else he can help me with, he disregard my request and did not resolve my issue, then put me on hold , and I disconnected the call because I could no longer take anymore his unprofessionalism & his dismissal over my situation , one star rating is still too high for making me feel so low , it’s not acceptable shame on you!

THIS PLACE REEKD OF OLD MOP. EVERYTIME I WALK IN, I GET SLAPPED WITH THE SCENT OF OLD, WET, MOLD. IT'S LIKE THE SOAK THE CARPET OVERNIGHT AND CLOSE ALL THE DOORS. PLEASE FIX IT.

This branch is meant only for bank members !! If you come to cash a check from one of they members ! They won't cash it with out making you day bad ! Ore difficult . The teller went to manager and toll her that I was not a member and they both decided not to cash it with lots of excuses

This location told me they wouldn't except rolled coins and charge me $1 for every quarter roll. Advised me to go all the way to the very busy National City location. No other location told me the same thing. But the teller I dealt with, which I can't remember her name she was very nice and helpful.

The Teranova branch is the best! They're knowledgeable and always ready to help. The only concern I have is when their computers go down. Other than that, I'm pleased w/their service.

Had a close call with a pending check from payroll. I mobile deposited and it had a hold for 12 days. Richard was very professional and helped me verify my check. JD was my bank loan officer who helped me set my account. Best service out of any location and any Manager I’ve worked with.

What can say but only positive things about this branch. I noticed that even though they were short staff due to Covid the staff just HUSTLE and provided extraordinary customer service. Their car loan rates are just unbeatable and I appreciate how well the new accounts rep kept me informed throughout the process. I strongly recommend this credit union. They are simply the best!

If you are privileged to live a life where going to the bank is your day's chore, by all means use this bank. For other folks who have to work, tend to others, or have any other obligations during business hours, Tun away. This credit union does not use email or electronic communications. They send everything via snail mail and when they request documents they do so via fax. It's 2022 and I surmise very few people have a fax machine and a landline to connect it. The customer service is nonexistent. You can talk to a live rep but they're only able to do the same thing that the automated system can. In other words, they can check balances only. This credit union lives in 1970. If you qualify, I suggest NFCU.

If I could leave a one star I would! Customer Service at the H st. location is the worst!!! I will never visit this branch again. I understand Covid but things are taken way to far when they treat customers poorly. I came in to verify my information from opening an account online I walked in the lady at the front was rood didn't even welcome me , she asks for my ID , walks it to the banker who's sitting in the back with a glass partition. They leave me standing there for 20 min while she looks up my info mind u she's all the way across from the building they just leave me standing there... when I ask what's going on from lady at the front she says she has to look me up. Next the banker come to me and starts asking personal credit info in front of the whole branch and other customers ! So unprofessional!! I ask to please walk me to her desk which is clearly Covid 19 regulated she has an additude and says she'll get her manager because I don't seem happy . The branch manger comes by and does not apologize once ! The whole experience was unsettling ! And I questioned wether to open an account after this , I went ahead because I need an account but I now regret my decision and will be closing it due to this poor experience. How can I trust them to take care of my finances when they are so rood!
