I had an issue with my debit card this week and the team in the branch were able to resolve it quickly and efficiently. It's very nice having a community credit union close by.

App doesn't work ever , no emails ever get sent with info on your balance so can't check account then they send you a mail letter saying you have $486 dollars in fees after a whole month of not getting any alerts . I couldn't even get a reversal on those fees when it wasn't even my fault . It takes forever to speak to a representative . So unfortunate of them to do this . Very sneaky bank Not happy barely have two months with bank Already thinking of switching out . I spoke to 3 representatives today if you can send me your personal email and love to get this matter fixed , if you want to connect me with someone a reference # with my detailed notes would be great otherwise I'm a broken record to the representative . This issue has taken so much energy out of my day . please fix the app it has 2 stars for a reason of course you are going to get frustrated customers . They can't check their accounts and then get fees accrued . it's very upsetting and very unfortunate Update It is now the following day and no reply from Donna the one that claims exceptional service . Go figure

This is the closest branch to me, went there today to exchange rolled coins. Diane was very nice and professional. She was actually beyond helpful. This is the kind of bank I want to be connected to.

I recently switched banks and I went to this branch to open my new checking/saving account. The moment my husband and I entered the bank we were greeted by at least 2 employees, and I was directed to Francisco to help me with the process. Francisco was amazing, very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and his customer service was just superb. I will definitely recommend this branch to everyone.

They have good rates and quick to approve. But if you have good credit, this applies mostly anywhere. Save yourself trouble and do not do business with them. If you are privileged to live a life where going to the bank is your day's chore, by all means use this bank. For other folks who have to work, tend to others, or have any other obligations during business hours, Tun away. This credit union does not use email or electronic communications. They send everything via snail mail and when they request documents they do so via fax. It's 2022 and I surmise very few people have a fax machine and a landline to connect it. The customer service is nonexistent. You can talk to a live rep but they're only able to do the same thing that the automated system can. In other words, they can check balances only. This credit union lives in 1970. If you qualify, I suggest NFCU.

Wow! I dealt with Francisco Loya and what a professional , comforting , loyal experience ! Came in for an auto loan quote and he gave me all my options and showed me the screen so I understood exactly what was being offered . No pressure at all and had my best interest the entire time . I felt like I was the only one in there even though they were busy. I'm very big on customer service and transparency and Francisco showed that today . Any loan or bank needs, go see Francisco Loya . You will be glad you did! Francisco , I will make sure to stop by in my New Tesla all possible because of you ! Thanks man!!!

CCCU provided great service and immediate assistance. After purchasing our car with Carmax no haggle pricing, everything was great until we got to the finance department we seen 8.98 apr for 60 months with 777 and 720 credit scores and combined income of over 100k and no debt only our mortgage? we were shocked to say the least. My wife and I went to CCCU where Fernando and Carey reviewed the carmax contract. We quickly repeated the finance process we were approved for 2.79 apr signed docs and we were cut a check that same day. Fernando and Carey thank you, your the best and we're. Other finance departments should be as honest and caring as CCCU.

Dear California Coast Credit Union, I hope this review finds you well. In 2019 I became a member of this credit union after filing for a chapter 7 bankruptcy. My attorney recommended that I switch my direct deposit over to a new bank before the bankruptcy discharged, so I did. The gentleman that helped me become a member was thorough, polite and extremely patient. Francisco Loya was of great service to myself in 2019 and continued to demonstrate that same service till this day. On Saturday morning (05/22/2021) my fiancé and I made the decision to bank exclusively with CCCU as a family and again I am pleased to have received the same consistent and thorough customer service from Francisco Loya. Thank you CCCU for all the services that you offer and I take full of advantage of them. But most importantly, it's the customer service interaction that keeps the member loyal to the business.

Came to open a checking and savings account, Francisco Loya & Anthony Gomez were really professional and helpful, not only did we open our account but got a really good deal for our car loan!!
