“Rented a Ford Expedition at Long Beach Airport on 11/29/24 at Budget Rental and GARISSON was so professional and found a vehicle that we really needed.. His positive attitude despite the rush made our day better !”
“As someone who used to work for enterprise, I will say, this is an AMAZING team! I came here twice before and always had a great experience. The manager is lovely! 💕I didn’t rent from them this last time but from the Chula Vista location. The day I was there, Sam was there, and he’s the one who helped me out. I wasn’t surprised when he told me that this was his main branch because his customer service was TOP NOTCH! He was also very sweet and polite! Definitely go see Sam at this branch to help you with your rental. Thank you all!❤”
“One of the best rental locations I’ve used. Friendly service, transparent pricing, and no hidden fees or unexpected charges. Everything was smooth and easy. Highly recommended!”
“Great cars and customer service. José was very helpful and made the pickup & return process easy and convenient. I rented 3 cars from this location and will definitely keep as my favorite location to rent in Chula Vista.”

“It was an overall positive experience renting from Enterprise. My only issue had to do with the specific vehicle I rented (not the fault of Enterprise). I just didn't like the vehicle for several reasons after I started driving it.”
