“I prepaid/rented a Tesla to try it for a day. Got there, they didn’t have the car because the “person decided to extend their rental”. The solution offered “we’re gonna call around and bring a car in and let you know when it’s available”. Really? What about giving me a heads up an hour before my pick up time so I wouldn’t have to work the logistics of taking time off and getting a ride to get there…?Call to confirm if you decide to rent here. They won’t call you.************A week laker, upon my wife’s insistence :), we rented a Model 3 and confirmed its existence by phone (it took several attempts but the clerks were nice and helpful). The car was there and the rental went smooth. The guy at the counter was very patient besides being so busy. It changed my impression of the business. I changed my review after this last positive experience. Would go back there after all.”
“I have used this dealership for over 30 years. I appreciate the excellent service & staff so I was very dissatisfied with my last visit on 8/2/24. When my vehicle was done I noticed the driver side window sun shade was on the dash. The passenger shade was missing the suction cups. The window had been rolled down, the shade inserted & rolled back up. This is how the shade was holding! I was very upset and notified the service technician. They searched the car for the missing suction cups, brought out the mechanic, another service advisor then the manager. After talking in circles manager Arturo Jaimes tells me to go buy the suction cups, bring him back the receipt & he would reimburse me. Why should “I” have to “fix” their lack of care for my personal property. The lack of accountability from this manager was upsetting.
Finally, my service advisor Henry Samaniego came out & took the time to really listen to me. He had checked the video they took of the vehicle upon arrival & confirmed the sun shades properly installed on my windows at drop off. I gave him the Amazon link to replace my recent purchase. He went above and beyond to make it right. He replaced the sun shade’s & notified me when they arrived. THANK YOU Henry Samaniego for your patience, professionalism in your ability to resolve such a minor issue.”
