I went to Carco to get a car that was affordable, good on gas, and had low miles. I found everything I wanted and Jimmy was the best! He was so helpful and awesome! I will go back for his customer service alone! I will definitely recommend Carco to everyone I know and anyone who asks!

This place is sketchy. Over priced vehicles and awful customer service. They ghosted me after my vehicle inspection showed that the van i was asking about (13k) needed a new engine and had rotted out tires. Do not trust these guys! Especially Jimmy...

Stay clear of Carco, also be cautious of any positive reviews, they ask you to write a review before you’re done purchasing which I assume many people fall for.They promised that if I wanted a refund on the warranty I would be able to get a refund within 2 months. After a while I checked in to ask for any updates, they kept pushing me back and back just telling me to wait. 6 months later I reach out to the warranty company who informs me that they sent the check one week after it was requested. Furthermore, they said the check was cashed the next day it had arrived. Can’t even begin to explain how many times I called about the check only to be lied to blatantly and actually yelled at for asking questions. The manager (jimmy I think) called me and told me I wasn’t raised right and that he would fight me if I came to their office lol. Long story short it was a real hassle and the people that work their really live up to the sleepy car salesman stereotype. Right after I purchased my car I went back in for something and the guy was taking a shot of fireball around noon on a Monday….

I financed a car with them a few years ago with a less than desirable credit. It was an older vehicle in excellent condition. Made my payments on time till my credit went up. While making my payment I saw a truck I actually wanted and talked to Jimmy. Long story short they took in my trade and gave me a great deal on a Toyota Tacoma. They made the process easy. I will be coming back for a third vehicle. Maybe for that Honda Civic SI. Thank you Jimmy and CARCO staff!

When you arrive, ask for Jimmy. He's a great guy and genuinely wants to help you get the car you desire. Overall this dealership is very good and if you are in the market for used cars in great conditions, this is the place.

I'm giving it a 4 star for now... we bought a car... waiting to see if they follow through with - fixing the latch- fixing the speakers- and the quality of service My experience with the place was good. Customer service was good. Didn't feel pressure but would have liked more choices. But due to the budget we got, what we could afford. So fat so good. They do not know about the maintenance performed on the car, so we will ne checking on all of this.Note to dealership getting a basic oil change on the car, and fluid check would be reassuring to the customer.

If you want to get completely lied to and ripped off then this is the place to go. This is the most dishonest car dealer I’ve ever come across and I’ve bought a lot of cars. I’m not going to go into the story because I’ve wasted enough time on this whole thing already but be very careful with these people if you do shop there, they are extremely slippery!! Ray who claims he was the sales manager is totally shady & sketchy as well as rude and frankly I can’t believe these people are still in business.

***FRAUD ALERT FRAUD ALERT FRAUD ALERT***I WAS SOLD EQUIPMENT THAT WAS NOT EVEN INSTALLED IN MY VEHICLE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY DEALER! BUYER BEWARE!I purchased a Cadillac Escalade from this dealer in February 2023. I was not given an option to purchase without being charged almost $1000 for a LoJack system that I did not want. After requesting the LoJack account information multiple times, Carco did not have the information. I took the car back to Carco for them to “investigate” only to have the employee state he was going to bring my vehicle to an installer to have the LoJack installed! Carco refuses to respond to e-mails or the complaint filed to the BBB. All I am asking for is a refund for the equipment that I did not receive!I WAS SOLD EQUIPMENT THAT WAS NOT EVEN INSTALLED IN MY VEHICLE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY DEALER! BUYER BEWARE!

Went to go look at a Honda Element they had listed for a decent price. Drove an hour and a half to get there to check the car out. The picture's definitely didn't show how bad the vehicle really was. First thing I noticed was a long scratch on the driver door, and there were two other cars there that had the same thing with them, almost like someone had keyed them. Then there were some issues with the interior, missing headrests nothing really major that you couldn't find from a pick a part or something. The blower motor for the ac system didn't even work, maybe that's something you should give a potential customer a heads up on. Started it up and let it warm up for about 10 minutes and never heard the cooling fans come on, even though the upper radiator hose was pressurized and really hot. Looked at the fan shroud and can tell that it had been overheated a couple times. Popped the radiator cap and there was what looked like copper based alumaseal or stop leak in the neck of the radiator and on the cap itself. That was strike 3!!! Then the salesman, Ray, which I had the appointment finally showed up and was happy to see me. Asked me how it was looking and I told him not that great. Told him about what I found and his response was "it's nearly a 20 year old car, they're going to have issues with them" then walked away. And I was there looking at another Tacoma they had sitting there that really caught my eye, but by then he had already started helping someone else and didn't even come out to help us.
