I'm giving it a 4 star for now... we bought a car... waiting to see if they follow through with - fixing the latch- fixing the speakers- and the quality of service My experience with the place was good. Customer service was good. Didn't feel pressure but would have liked more choices. But due to the budget we got, what we could afford. So fat so good. They do not know about the maintenance performed on the car, so we will ne checking on all of this.Note to dealership getting a basic oil change on the car, and fluid check would be reassuring to the customer.

***FRAUD ALERT FRAUD ALERT FRAUD ALERT***I WAS SOLD EQUIPMENT THAT WAS NOT EVEN INSTALLED IN MY VEHICLE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY DEALER! BUYER BEWARE!I purchased a Cadillac Escalade from this dealer in February 2023. I was not given an option to purchase without being charged almost $1000 for a LoJack system that I did not want. After requesting the LoJack account information multiple times, Carco did not have the information. I took the car back to Carco for them to “investigate” only to have the employee state he was going to bring my vehicle to an installer to have the LoJack installed! Carco refuses to respond to e-mails or the complaint filed to the BBB. All I am asking for is a refund for the equipment that I did not receive!I WAS SOLD EQUIPMENT THAT WAS NOT EVEN INSTALLED IN MY VEHICLE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY DEALER! BUYER BEWARE!

Went to go look at a Honda Element they had listed for a decent price. Drove an hour and a half to get there to check the car out. The picture's definitely didn't show how bad the vehicle really was. First thing I noticed was a long scratch on the driver door, and there were two other cars there that had the same thing with them, almost like someone had keyed them. Then there were some issues with the interior, missing headrests nothing really major that you couldn't find from a pick a part or something. The blower motor for the ac system didn't even work, maybe that's something you should give a potential customer a heads up on. Started it up and let it warm up for about 10 minutes and never heard the cooling fans come on, even though the upper radiator hose was pressurized and really hot. Looked at the fan shroud and can tell that it had been overheated a couple times. Popped the radiator cap and there was what looked like copper based alumaseal or stop leak in the neck of the radiator and on the cap itself. That was strike 3!!! Then the salesman, Ray, which I had the appointment finally showed up and was happy to see me. Asked me how it was looking and I told him not that great. Told him about what I found and his response was "it's nearly a 20 year old car, they're going to have issues with them" then walked away. And I was there looking at another Tacoma they had sitting there that really caught my eye, but by then he had already started helping someone else and didn't even come out to help us.

Please, PLEASE get a second opinion from a mechanic you trust when buying a vehicle here. We came in to look at a vehicle that was advertised at one price, only to discover it was about $4k over kbb value, was leaking oil and had quite a bit of rust on the undercarriage. The vehicle was advertised with a radio, and when asked about the missing face plate for it, the guy was rude and said "we don't have it". Without it, the radio cannot work (it's an anti-theft device). Test drive revealed a bad alignment and a shimmy. The sales guy was very reluctant to let my husband take the vehicle offsite to a mechanic for a quick check. GLAD HE DID! The mechanic warned us about quite a few problems with it, EVERYTHING WE SUSPECTED, which just solidified that we would not be buying this mess. As nice as this vehicle looked, it was just lipstick on a pig. We did not feel this would be a good purchase. And none of these existing issues were mentioned in the advertisement or told to us upfront when we called about it before driving down there. The experience was very shady and disrespectful. Don't waste your time.

Great experience buying from Jimmy and an even better experience with the service team. There were a few items that I wanted taken care of after I purchased my vehicle and they were extremely accommodating, definitely surpassed my expectations. Would do business with them again and recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I'm so happy I chose Carco to purchase my Lexus. Major upgrade for my Birthday! Everyone was so helpful from the first call to the viewing and test drive and down to the sit down. Jimmy went above and beyond to work with lenders. This is the second car I buy from Carco. Both cars have been good to me and both experiences were great. I recommend them.

ZERO stars given. I called to see if they had a car that was advertised on auto trader. I was told yes indded it was. I arrived 15 minutes later only to have someone else told me that the car had been sold. Marcos didn't even look on the lot before he answered yes. when I arrived and I was told that it was sold, I was told about another car that was available that was not at all what I wanted. What a waste of my time and gas. If this is how they treat potential customers, imagine if you were actually going to buy a car from these people. I certainly won't be shopping for any vehicle at this establishment. They are absolute sleeze bags.

Loved coming in to check out a 2011 Ram 1500. Ended up walking out with the car the same day freshly cleaned and ready to hit the road. Employees are some of the coolest guys I've met and they'll be down right honest with you about everything. Check them out

Found this place through craigslist dealers while i was on the search for my dream car. A Nissan 370z and I had noticed they had the car I was looking for. I brought my car in to do a trade in. I am a first time buyer with NO CREDIT. I brought my dad with me to Co-sign. I walked on the lot and found it right away! Mike was awesome enough to help us out right away and can I say, EXCELLENT customer service!!! Everything went very smoothly!!! I was very nervous I was not able to get a car because I am only 19 years old and have no credit, but Mike helped me out and made it happen for me!! I HIGHLY recommend that if you are like me having financial issues and trying to start up your credit and are looking for a new car and a new start, come here!! Ask for Mike he's awesome and he will help you out no problem!!

I was looking for a pre ownerd vehicle on the lot. I was looking for a car with low mileage and had my type of interest in vehicles. I was placed in the perfect car. It looked brand new being a used car. Freddy was beyond helpful and made the process run very smoothly.
