We had a horrible horrible horrible experience with Freddy Lindo. The way he spoke to my family as well as other customers was extremely condescending and disrespectful. I've had complaints from three of my neighbors about him and we will no longer be going to this Chase. He did not offer quality service and should not be working with people if he's going to behave that way. Definitely deserves less than 1 star.

I would give zero stars if i could! These tellers wont come and help you after sitting and waiting for almost an hour and they tell you nothing. We came on a monday with zero people. They have one banker who is black/bald with no customer who won't come to you to even ask if you need help.

Long lines, and very poor customer service. Lady at the entrance (Claudia on her name tag) was very inappropriate with a male customer, asking him very personal questions, he tried to be polite and I heard he mentioned he had a girlfriend, she said that it didn't matter to her she wanted to give him extra client attention and offered her phone number, I was very uncomfortable as I was standing in front of the line from this man, I will not be going there again.

This isn't specifically at this Chase bank as it is for corporate. Last week I had opened an account with them here, everything was smooth and they issued checks immediately at our request. A few days later, I get a notification that the account has been frozen and they are ending the relationship. They are holding up my money for 10-15 business days, and gave no advanced notice at all that they had any issue. I wouldn't recommend Chase bank at all, especially for higher levels of business. Go bank somewhere else. *** Looking at a resolution with Chase, will update as it is resolved.

I went to this branch to get information for a mortgage loan, Vicente was the lending advisor. He was more interesting on convince me to get his real state agent friend to help me buying a house than discuss about the loan programs and to see if I prequalify. Careless attitude.

Terrible service. Waited for 45 minutes to be seen and when the guy came out he took the person who had arrived 15 minutes after us and when I confronted him about it he said she had an appointment however on the sign in sheet she marked no she didn't have an appointment. I thought odd, and then he proceeded to tell me he was the only one there that could help and that the other woman was going to lunch. Moral of the story is don't waste your time going to this chase branch location.

Don't go here this is the worst Chase branch I've ever been to. I came to print a couple of check sheets their machine jammed they told me they were going to refund me the fees for the checks that I didn't get in my hands and they still charged me because they told me to go to a different branch and I wasted my time in a long line and waiting for the printer issue and once I get to the new Branch they tell me that they did charge me and they were supposed to refund me so I won't recommend this Branch at all don't go here and I'm probably going to switch bags because this bank is declining quickly terrible

Went to the bank today waited more than an hour to be attended and when my turn finally came the attendant looked like he was trying to rush and I felt like he wasn't taking me seriously and when I asked on a promotion he said nothing could be done later called customer service and they fixed it for me obviously he didn't know what he was doing nor did he know what he was talking about worst customer service ever too bad I didn't get his name.

Long lines and two tellers on a daily basis, so I get to the bank I wait in line for about ten minutes to make a payment on a credit card and they ask me for my ID, which I already know they're going to do because it's required to make a cash payment but they didn't let me make my payment because my ID expired 6 days ago! Are you serious? I let her know that it's due today and that if I don't make a payment they're going to charge me a late fee so then she asked me to go to a branch I usually go to (Mind you they're about to close in 2 minutes) and I let her know I make a payment here every month and she still didn't let me make the payment. Thanks to her I have to pay the late fee, so please do yourself a favor and avoid this bank. Go to the one on broadway instead.

Two days ago on 03/31/2017 I opened my second chase account, however this is my first time at this particular bank. It wasn't the most pleasant experience. Adriana opened my account but her service was less than inviting. I felt as if I was an inconvenience to her as she looked bothered and had a very rude tone the entire time. She explained that this account would be charged a fee of $4.95 per month. I asked if the fee still applied to me since I was linking this secondary account to my regular chase account and that someone over the phone told me that fees won't apply for this account as it would be linked to my regular account. She coldly replied "There's always a fee, whoever said that was lying to you." and said no more while staring at her computer screen. When I arrived home I was reviewing my paperwork and sure enough at the top of page 12 on the chase liquid agreement, it clearly states "how to avoid the monthly service fee - link a qualifying chase checking account" . However, My account is linked and if my account is not "qualified", which I'm sure it's very qualified, then why couldn't she just say that, instead of simply saying "someone lied to you"? She might also just not know her programs well enough, but that's a poor excuse to be rude. I have no idea why some tellers have ego trips. You work at a bank, you don't own one. There's a huge difference. Stay in your place and give customer service as it's the primary function of your job.

Spoke with Omar on a home loan. It felt as if I was intruding on his time & his condescending demeanor was insulting. Going with another bank for my loan where the customer service was exemplary.

This is one of the worst banks that I have ever tried to use. It is difficult to open a new account and impossible to open a new account online. Their 800- number sends you through hoops and results in a frustrating ending with no resolution!. I do not recommend Chase Bank. Avoid. hollodayp1 160415
