Way overpriced bad customer service, especially at night time

Today at 7:30 pm, I had a very unpleasant experience at the Chevron station where I fuel my company trucks every day. The employee on duty was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I asked to use the customer restroom, which was empty at the time, and without even looking at me, he rudely told me to go to the Starbucks a minute away. When I asked if it was within walking distance, he responded in the same rude manner.
It’s unacceptable for an employee to treat a regular customer this way and send people to another business instead of offering the service they should provide. It’s a shame that Chevron employs people with such little respect for the community. I’ll definitely be switching stations for my fuel needs from now on.

Nice big gas station............sometimes the gas prices are cheaper than other places.............only one drawback..............they took the restroom away from the customer's...............it is what it is.............people are very mean to restrooms sometimes...............I work in a gas station myself

Excellent place, I am a fan of only filling up with gasoline in Chevron. I feel that it is the best gasoline for my cars and I always use the 91 and my cars run super well and I never have problems with my car. Thank you, Chevron, so I recommend it to my friends. I feel that it is the best option for your cars and trucks, very good quality gasoline ⛽️

Once a week I fill my tank with Diesel at this station and spend about $120 to $130 dlls per. Last night about 7pm I fill out my tank and was in the need of using the rest room, walk in and and ask permission to do so, when this very rued lady sitting in the counter not in a seat, on her phone, reply its out off service this is the second time this happens. Well according to California law every gas station has to have restroom available to all people, I can understand if I look like a homeless person, but I am a finance Director at a Dealership, and I was professionally dressed as I have just gotten out of work, Normally I think every one has the right to have a bad day, this person woks in customer service and does everything that doesn't represent that.I understand that good people are hard to come by, but there is no excuse for her bad behavior. I will never fill there again and will spread the word to my college's . Jaime

I would have given 5 stars but one employee picks and chooses who to not let use there chevron rewards. It's ridiculous.
