I went to get one fries, 2 ice cream cones and a tea. The ice cream was to soft so the girl asked if I wanted a brownie instead, I said no can I have my ice cream in a cup, well it was like water with a cone on top. I’m very disappointed I wished she would had given my money back instead.

Employees are very attentive and helpful in this location. I got a batch of new waffle fries after the ones I received were very small pieces. First time at this location and enjoyed my food. Thanks!

Came here due to flight cancellation at San Diego International Airport. Long long day figuring out where to sleep for the night. So then we made the trek to this Chick Fil A from the hotel close by. The staff here was very quick and efficient. Diana brought our food and milkshake to us and went absolutely above and beyond with her service. She deserves a raise and much more!!! Wish every Chick Fil A was like this one in level of service.

I recently visited this locationt, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. Your staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my visit all the more enjoyable. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist truly stood out.Moreover, the speed of service was remarkable. Despite the busy rush, my order was promptly taken and delivered without any delays. It's evident that your team prioritizes efficiency and customer satisfaction.While the overall experience was fantastic, I did notice that the floor seemed consistently greasy. However, I understand that this could be due to the high volume of customers you serve. Perhaps implementing more frequent cleaning routines could help maintain cleanliness and safety standards.Overall, I want to commend your team for their outstanding service and dedication. With just a few adjustments, I have no doubt that your restaurant will continue to thrive and provide excellent experiences for all customers.

Update: The girl working here said they do not let you order your waffle fries unsalted! No wonder why it never tastes fresh here.Worst drive thru experience here. It had long lines on a weekday night. We ordered through a person standing outside. Immediately after I got my waffle fries, I opened the bag to taste stale and very lukewarm potatoes. Not even fresh! Tasted old like it was sitting there for over 30 minutes and after eating here my stomach was upset.

Guy in the drive thru asked "Can I get your name, sir?" Unphased, I replied "Heza" and this dude proceeded to glance at my chest.... Really? Only went because it was the closest fast food place on my work route. Can we just be cordial?

Don’t do mobile orders here.Curbside and drive thru is fine. But mobile orders always take forever, they put you in a separate line that takes longer than drive thru. It’s a really bad, frustrating system. I had to get out of my car to go talk to the employees in the drive thru lane to even get acknowledged.

Hands down the WORST place to pickup for delivery. They have 15 employees and they will all walk by and make eye contact with you, and say nothing. Getting their attention is nearly impossible.The only competent person there is the older gentlemen. He is a manager and very tall. He's amazing, and should teach these kids how to greet people because they have the social skills of a rag.

I went through the drive-through to order food today 03/05/24. From the order takers to the employees at the window were all very nice. But I should have checked my order I was missing a Sandwich order. I don't live close by to this establishment, I'm at least 10 to 15 minutes away depending on traffic. Well I called Chick-fil-A and spoke to Tony Powers the Hospitality director. Told him about the missing Sandwich but didn't want to drive all the way back. He apologized and wanted to make it right. He offered to drive my missing order to my house, I told him that's Ok but he insisted. He actually came to our house to deliver my order plus he gave us some sweet treats. Talking about Customer service he went Above and beyond. Tony you are the Best. And will continue to visit your establishment when in the area. Thank you ?Melissa
