The staff at Childtime have truly loved and cared for my children during their time there. I have always received the right amount of communication from teachers and school leadership, and they have always been responsive to my requests and messages. I firmly believe my children are well taken care of and trust the staff here with my kids. When my son eventually graduates I know there will be lots of tears and sadness no longer being a part of the Childtime family.

The thought of having my infant attend daycare caused so much anxiety, After visiting several locations that anxiety turned to fear. As soon as my husband and I walked into Childtime Chula Vista the staff put those feeling at ease. From the Director Jessica to the teacher in the class. They shows sincere appreciation for their job and love for the kids they care for. Our son has been there for three months and when we drop him off he actually gets excited to see his teachers and it seems that he genuinely enjoys his time there. We absolutely love and look forward to the updates throughout the day. I especially love that I can log into the app anytime and watch him on the live video feed.

My kids have been going to Childtime in Chula Vista since they were three months old and they are now dang near teenagers. Gianna my almost 3-year-old who is autistic and nonverbal has been attending the school since she was 10 months old. Even before she had her diagnosis. I have an IEP in place for her that the school approved already and has accommodated and they make me update it every six months. I recently updated it again and they notified me today that they are unable to care for her any longer unless she has a private aid financially paid for out-of-pocket to be with her every single day at school. Like I can afford that?!? I already pay $438 a week for her to attend the school itself. Which is absolutely a ridiculously high price for the quality of the environment.I feel so let down by the school. Gianna is the easiest child care for. Compared to some of the kids at the school who are not even special-needs, she is the most easy-going, calm spirited, and kind a little girl ever. Never gives any trouble. The fact that they have been caring for her since she was 10 months old and have already accommodated her IEP and now all of a sudden have chosen to reject it because they don't have enough staff to help her and she is moving up to an older classroom which requires a higher teacher to student ratio apparently.Sounds like discrimination to me but because they are a private institution they get away with it because of this loophole. I am so disappointed beyond measure. The only place other than home that my daughter feels comfortable enough to be herself is now being taken from her.Such a disappointment. This school can't accommodate any type of child with any form of disability or a special needs requirement. please keep that in mind if you have a child with a physical, cognitive, and/ or learning disability.By the way the water is unfiltered and they give your kids nasty tap water to drink, the teacher to child ratio is always over, and the children's bathrooms in the toddler classrooms are absolutely disgusting. The best thing I can say about this place is the teachers are pretty awesome. At least the ones who have been there for a very long time. All the new subs that they bring in and out of that place not so much but the long-standing teachers who have history with the place are absolutely amazing. shout out to the ones who have loved on my autistic daughter. I would have pulled her out of the school a long time ago if it wasn't for them. Ms. Dio & Ms. Gaylene & Ms. Alex & Ms. Alma I appreciate you 4, and all the love you have shown my family over the years!! Unfortunately it was not enough. Ms. Jessica (new director) is as cold as ice.

Don't throw away your money on that $200 reservation spot. It is non-refundable and it seems like they've given my spot to someone else. They're saying that the family they gave it to was "urgent," but I believe everyone on the waitlist is in the same boat. Honestly, I wouldn't be this frustrated if the director, Jessica, could be a bit more courteous. Every time we communicate with her, she is incredibly rude. On top of that, I've had to send her numerous emails and phone calls to get the paperwork done. We've tried to stay cool, but at this point, we're really upset with how they're handling things. We'd prefer to flush that $200 down the drain rather than entrust them with taking care of our kid.

Wife and I are extremely happy that our little toddler princess is in this daycare. Staff is very friendly, responsive and attentive to her and our needs. She's been attending for over a year. They provide diapers, food and their hours are very convenient.

My daughter has been attending Childtime since she was 3 months old and the staff is like family! We have entrusted them with her daily care and education, and they have not failed us yet in her 3 years attending the center. She loves the staff as much as they love her, and we trust them so much our newborn will be attending as well when he is 3 months. Being a military family away from home, having a solid village makes life easier and Childtime has been that for us.

Upon first entrance to this place, it's disorganized and dirty. The places the children are at is clean but the office and front desk area are stressful to look at. If there's an emergency, is a child's file easily found? Next, they don't log bottles. I asked how I would know how much milk my son has and when he drank it and they told me I'd know based off of how much milk is still in the bottles at pick up. Also, they have a violation on the state site for being out of ratio and I believe that could still be happening as children were being shuffled from one room to the next as I was there. People kept interrupting our tour to say they needed to take a break so where should kids be moved to. I understand staffing issues, however, this place felt messy and unorganized. Also it's the most expensive infant care I'm the area. I called to provide feedback to the person who called and left me a message for feedback but she apparently left the company and another person called. I ultimately left this feedback, but I'm still posting a review because I know not everyone has time to tour every facility in the area like I did.

Incredible. After being worried about the separation anxiety with our toddler and myself, I am so grateful we chose childtime. The staff is gentle and patient with the kids and really takes care to gradually add children to the classroom to make sure everyone is settled. My daughter had never been in anyone's care not even grandparents but begs to go to school and see her friends. She has shown huge leaps in her social development, emotional growth and her personality is blooming. Having the app to see photos and updates through the meals and live cameras is such a blessing. And knowing all we have to do is get dressed and go is a life saver most mornings. They provide meals and even quality diapers if your little wears them. The school is secure which was another requirement in my check list. There is a locked door before you're reach the main desk and each parent has an individual code. Excellent clean, well stocked facility and phenomenal staff.

Please STOP deleting my review, I was a customer and it's not fair that people don't get to know what happens in this place.

I can’t say enough good things about Childtime in Chula Vista. Our, now 18 month old son started when he was 3.5 months. I was a first-time parent with a deployed husband, and I had to go back to work. We don’t have any family in the area, and I had never left my baby with anyone, ever. Not even for a trip to the store. I was so nervous to let strangers help raise my son. I quickly learned that these teachers are nothing like strangers. They welcomed our family and our son with loving arms. They talked me through everything they do on a day to day and they listened to every request I made. Raising a child is a very personal thing and I believe that no one has the right to tell you how to parent your child. Your daycare should respect and be flexible to your wishes. This Childtime did exactly that. We are a very pro-breastfeeding, and a gentle parenting family. We believe in nurturing over anything else. The daycare teachers not only respected our wishes, they would also tell me how he did each day. They log each meal, nap and potty on an app that you can check throughout the day. They also now have live cameras in each room. This was such a comfort starting out. I now rarely even check it, because I know he is in such good care. One of my biggest fears of leaving my child at daycare was him feeling like he was abandoned each day. I was dreading a day where he would be crying as I left. I am so happy to say that not once has this happened. He loves this place so much, that not one time in almost 1.5 years have I left when he was crying. If he is ever even hesitant or a little clingy in the mornings when I drop him off, the teachers do everything they can to make him feel comfortable. They hold him, sing to him, or distract him with toys. Obviously, I wish I could spend every day with my child but leaving him at Childtime has never felt like a sacrifice. I feel like he is so loved and cared for there. They are so loving and nurturing of a child’s natural curiosity.

My daughter attended Childtime in Eastlake. We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Her teachers were very caring and I felt so comfortable leaving my baby there. In particular Ms. Jazmin was an Angel. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone.

We were desperately searching for a new daycare after a horrible experience from a different facility. We were immediately welcomed with their warm and friendly staff. The director Kelly is amazing along with the toddler class teachers Perla and Yazmin. They engage with the children, do cute art projects, and outdoor play with a covered patio play area to protect little ones from the sun while outside. I also love the real-time email updates and photos. Great daycare definitely recommend it! They truly love and care for your children like you do!

Everyone is great. They take excellent care of all the children. There is a genuine display of care. Daughter has been attending since January. Highly recommend the facility.
