Overall good experience. Only lost a star for some tactics definitely designed to get a sale rather than happy customer. Example, the 2 day cancellation period option was not verbally mentioned or explained so if you didn't read the signs around you likely wouldn't notice the form where you signed this away. Just don't go alone if you aren't sure what you want or are uncomfortable negotiating or saying no. Can see how easy it would be to drive away with an expensive mistake from this lot of you're not paying attention.

This trip was to the auto parts center. Last yearbi purchase a touch up pant for my car and I finally used it a couple of days ago. Well it was the wrong color. Darker then my car was. So I went back, yes I purchased it over a year ago. I was aiming to get the right color even though when I bought it the I asked the guy if he was sure it was the right color. Sheesh there expensive and I don't want to throw my $$ away. The service person was a bit indifferent to my issue the minute he heard me say when I bought it and I had to ask him twice to verify what the right color was. He says it's the right one and said nothing could be done. He told me to go to a Collison center, and maybe they'll have the right shade of color. Sheesh, not a happy customer here.

Sold our truck to them about a month ago. Told us that we could pick up our check 3-4 weeks once they receive title. We have been told by WellsFargo who had our loan that they already released the title to them. I have tried calling to see the update on the check. I either get hung up on or told they will call back but never call back. I was told to call the finance office and speak to a specific person, I called them multiple times and left voice-mails and no attempt from them has been made to call us back.

Not so Helpful Honda people. I've had been struggling with cancer so this review is a year late but I'm still dealing with car problems from a car I purchased here. I live in LA but I bought the car in Chula Vista because my parents live there and they co-signed with me because of medical bills from a fight with cancer. For that reason I wanted to buy my used car from Honda because I thought they would be trustworthy even though the used car was not a Honda but a Buick but I was so wrong to trust Honda. A week after I bought the car the air conditioning went out and the engine would hesitate. I made an appointment took time off from work incase they needed the car for a few days. They told me they couldn't find a leak for the air conditioning system but they they filled it with dye so that I could return in a month to see where it was leaking from and on the work order they said they couldn't replicate the engine issue but they said when I return they'll recheck it. After a month I took some more days off to drive down to Chula Vista again. When I returned they said the guy that works on Buicks is not working that week. So I had to return the following week then they told me that since it's been longer than a month I now need to go through the warranty program and take my car to a certified repair place. The repair place said i had a hole in the air conditioning system that was easily visible and that I also had additional cracked pipes leading to the oil feed pipe and coolant. So the total repairs were $3428.27. They also said the extended warranty i purchased didn't cover any of this. Again I took more days off from work to go talk to the manager at Honda. He said there's nothing they could do except give me the new lower value of the car and sell me a new Honda. I felt so scammed. The Sales person that sold it to me Roni has quit but when I bought it he disclosed that it had been in an accident and had been owned by the general managers brother. That they fixed it and did extensive test and to trust that it is in great condition. 3 months in I tried contacting lawyers dealing with Lemon laws but said I needed to contact them the first month. I bought the car for $16500. With the extended warranty and a few other things it came to about $28000 and the lousy warranty didn't cover anything. I'm posting a picture of the text the repair place sent me showing they new it had these issues. Shame on this Dealership.
