called us the night before to see if we wanted the extra mover at an additional fee as they said it would be faster. it was not. we signed all the documents understanding we would be chargered for any of the materials they used. we were okay and understood so we moved our tvs otherwise it would have been $45 per tv for them to move. We moved our couch. And we also broke down all furniture aside from the master bedroom bed. after all of it they left trash in the apartment we moved from. and got slower and slower after hour 3. at the very end we found if we were charged $7 per roll of tape they used. mind you we packed everything ourselves. we looked into the company they use and they are getting the tape for 67 cents a roll( $24 dollars for 36 rolls) very unacceptable. They used 12 rolls. took them 6 hours to move iu and we were only moving to a different location within the same complex. they didn't even move the boxes to anywhere besides the garage because they were taking to long. my husband and brother had to help them otherwise we would have had to pay even more money. overall just not a good company unless you are looking to spend thousands so that their movers can work at a slow rate. This was the best experience I could have asked for! The price was affordable and the customer service on the phone was great. The best part was the amazing guys they sent! They were timely professional and friendly! They wrapped my furniture, which was going into storage, and made sure it would be protected while in the storage unit. I have have used them multiple times now and will continue to use them for any moves I have in the future!.

The movers arrived on time and were efficient and friendly. They boxed/wrapped up everything very cleanly. I faced a difficult logistical David and Francisco was extremely helpful and patient in helping me solve it. Will definitely be using them again for my next move!

Amazing service! Got recommended by a friend and he wasn't wrong. A very swift/stress free move. Both friendly staff made it very easy and even offered to help taking down my pain of a cupboard! Would use again for sure!

Very efficient movers, highly recommended. They moved me out of my studio apartment into a one-bedroom apartment about 45 miles away, and did so with ease. They shrink-wrapped all of my larger items as well, which was nice to see.The only drawback was that they were a tad late (they showed up about 30 minutes after the 3-hour window), but thankfully, they made up for it by giving me a slight discount. The movers themselves were fantastic.

This company is great! Honestly, i didnt even have to lift a finger. The two guys who helped me move, Mike and David, were so quick, efficient, super nice and handled everything so well. I love how they disassembled the bed and reassembled it as well because I 100% would not have known how to do that myself. They also took out all my furniture garbage for me as well! 5/5 if I had to move again (which I hope wont be for a while), I would choose them in a heartbeat.

This was a great service from start to finish. Friendly, efficient removal team which made a potentially stressful day go like clockwork. Took great care of our piano and large bookcases. I would highly recommend chula vista movers.
