Bad service, I had appointment to close my account with Damari Perez the banker. I came there at 10 am they didn't open til 10:07 even store hour said 10 am. When I see her, she said she can't help me, I have to stand in line & close account with teller. The line is getting longer since I spent time with Damari. She wasted my time & Citi gave me wrong information online. Don't bank with Citi any more, they had bad service & short of staff. The line is getting long only 1 teller helps. Go to chase they have $300 bonus for new account holder right now. I don't recommend this branch at all.

Can't say I ever had a problem with customer service at the H street branch. Always cordial and efficient.

Recently obtained a Citi MasterCard, but had a problem executing a balance transfer and their customer service call center was no help. Scheduled an appointment at the 352 H Street, Chula Vista branch to see if they could help. Wanted to change the appointment but Citi website wouldn't allow appointment changes. Tried calling the branch at the number listed, 619-632-4308, but no answer AND no messaging options. Called again, same results. What kind of bank doesn't have someone manning a central phone number, or at least a message service? I had two service needs since getting the Citi card... both were complete failures.

Citibank took first place for the worst experience by far when I applied for a credit card that I was approved for on the spot. I applied for a Costco credit card the beginning of last month. Prior to applying I was told if I was approved I would get a temporary card I could shop with before leaving. I was approved on the spot and it's been over a month later I've done nothing but waste my time with Costco and Citibank they can't even send me a card that I can activate but when they can do is continuously waste my time lie and mislead me! I'm simply sharing this for any Costco members to be real careful about this happening to you no one deserves to go through this. I emailed Candace Stephens yesterday at 2:30 PM and her reply was at 9:30 PM which I responded to at 9:40 and of course she is nowhere around which I don't care to speak to her anymore whatsoever!!!

I have over $10,000 in the bank and went in to withdraw $6700 and got the run around. Long Story Short, African American Male, Left out of the bank with no money. My account shows that the money is in fact available. I was there almost 2 hours and the end result, the manager told me that me or my Company cannot remove any money out of the account. I feel that I need to file some type a legal suit. This does not make any sense.

Worst Citibank branch. Deposited a US Postal money order into my account and tried to withdraw 200, but they only released 10 dollars of my deposit which is absurd. I asked the teller if she could please release 200 of it today and she told me that she couldn't because the system only allowed 10 dollars. That's bullshit because the El Cajon branch released all of the funds on a 1000 dollar postal money order I had deposited last week. The energy in this branch is so gloomy, plus the bank itself needs renovation because it stinks too. I'd give 0 stars if I could

I used to love citi. It used to show how much money I had left; even taking outt the pending payments. That's all I needed. But as of late it won't do that and when I ttry to fixx it they slap me with a 34 dollar overdraft fee. If you ffight it once they like shut down ever fighting it again. You may fight and tell me to just keep track of my money but hear me out. I trusted them to tell me my available money. I check for fraud and that bills are going through. But if my available funds is wrong? Then citi is useless to me. I don't ask for a lot in a bank. Hold my money. And tell me how much is available. They stopped doing half of what I need from them. And I'm the one paying for it. I am going to navy fed. I've had this account for a long time and loved it but now? I hate citi. If you have 10000 like they suggest (yes they do) then go for it. Otherwise do yourself a favor and don't. Your money would be safer under your matress.

This place is a joke for a bank. A few yrs ago it had different manager in charge and people was better trained. Now as I'm setting here for over a hour to talk to someone about a matured CD I'm thinking about just closing out my 3 accounts and getting a new bank. Customer service is horrible and one place it should be top notch is the place you deposit your money so the bank can make huge profits!

Ladies are very nice but are not trained properly, they never know how to help, they always end up calling someone else over the phone to tell them what to do. The wait here is terrible, I've had to wait over an hour just to get some one to help me get a photo of a check that was deposited two months ago, which is ridiculous, I should be able to see a photo of the checks in the app or on the computer, but apparently I need to fill out an entitlement form to get access to that. Worst bank ever!

They mislead people to sign up for "Promotions" and when they make a mistake they do not take responsibility for it. The management there is bad and needs to be replaced. Very bad location.

Always friendly faces. Easy parking. Fast service. Only complaint is the 12$ monthly service fee, even though I've been a customer for 25 years.
