The Costco Tire Center provides good service and great prices, often offering the best deal and discounts on tires. The team takes time to ensure correct tire size and fit. Many customers report positive experiences with kind, respectful, and helpful staff who provide excellent customer service, sometimes going above and beyond even near closing time. However, service can be very slow, often taking a long time to receive help or complete work. Walk-in repairs, like fixing a nail in a tire, might take days, though sometimes they are done while you wait. Phone service is also notoriously difficult to reach. The center has a good selection and the location is valued for its low-cost gas.

They do a good job but always take forever to have anyone help you or get the service done and don't even think about calling because they have only ever answered the phone once when I called.
